I worked with 2 different agents because the first one never returned my call or took the time to answer my questions. I figured he was just not the person for me, but the 2nd guy seemed to want to help me... SO I THOUGHT. I asked him to call me the next day, to answer my questions, before I decided to go with them. It was late and he needed to call the company to find something out for me, regarding a discount. He NEVER called me. That was when I decided to take my 4 potential cars to get insured elsewhere. They need better training and better customer service. I definitely will NOT refer to any of the parents who have new drivers. I am a high school student mom, we all give each other referrals. It's just a terrible company. They first wanted to charge me 900, I pointed out to them that we had agreed on $ 650. I signed a contract with them. They clearly told me that the date of the next payment is 07/14. Closer to this date I wanted to pay, they tell me that my insurance has been canceled, I will have to pay another $ 250. When asked why the insurance was canceled, they said that you did not pay the next payment on 06/26. When I showed them their words that you yourself indicated the payment date to me, they stopped answering me. Ignored for 10 days or more. I wrote a complaint about them to the California Department of Insurance Fraud. In the pre-trial stage, they did not want to correct their mistake in any way. Never contact this broker!!! I have been having trouble paying my insurance online the full amount for the year. Online it would only let me pay month to month which was more expensive.I went in person and the gentleman couldn't help me either on his computer. Gave me a number where no one picks up. I then called the Baldwin Park location my yearly insurance fee at about 700 he wanted to to charge $800 a fee of $100 dollars for taking my payment. When its clearly not my fault the system doesn't allow me to pay in full. These people will take from you if the can. Got a quote from a different insurance 638. No additional fees. Adrianas is one of the cheapest insurance. They wont cover you if something ever happens either. read more

I came to this location 10/1/20 looking to get my motorcycle insured as a 21 year old and was helped by Louris. My record is horrible and she was still able to find a company willing to insure me which alone deserves 5 stars. She has a great attitude, very kind, and was very helpful plus she saved me a trip to the DMV (which was about to close as we were finishing up) She even STAYED late to make sure everything worked out smoothly!!! Just how a normal insurance agent can do, so i proceed giving her my DL & my registration to speed up the process upon getting a quote. I'm sitting there for at least 20 minutes of her just typing behind her computer /killing my time and watching her leave the office numerous times to talk with another person over the phone. Which her other agent was already ON CALL with, another customer. Sadly I even seen the customers that were attending there, for a quote just walk out and leave. Comes down to my story, it ended up with her explaining "I did not even run your background or profile" This lady is a complete scam artist to lure people into that place, and just plainly waste their time in front of their face. Every time I call to make a payment I get hung up on when I speak in English. I have to call 4-5 times to get through. They never mail my invoices timely. My premium is due on the 30th. I get the mailed copy (Post marked) days later after the due date. If you pay on the automatic system they charge an extra $15. Horrible service. The phone operators are truly incompetent. This place and insurance company is crappy I went today to remove auto pay from my policy Alliance untied ) I cant believe how hard it was for these damn brokers to do so I had to remove it for personal reasons and I called the insurance direct unfortunately They're not authorized to do that supposably so I had to go through Adriana's it didn't make sense so I went and the person that help me which I didn't get her name ) she didn't know how to remove auto pay from my policy so she had to ask around she called Alliance and they told her to tell me that I had to pay my payment for the month of October to do so ( reminder I had already paid my payment for September and the month is not over yet ) how the hell does that make sense so I had to cancel my policy and they told me if I wanted to cancel to call 24 hrs before the October 3 to cancel they think Im was stupid!!! Ik they process the payment on the the 1st so if I would've called 24 hrs they would've took the payment for October and wouldn't be able to get my money back that's how SHADDY ADRIANAS INSURANCE is they charge for everything just to make any changes they CHARGE for every single thing I will never go back to them I prefer FREEWAY INSURANCE at least the BROKERS Don't want to CHARGE soooooo HIGH FOR THEIR FEES TO BAD they ripped of a lady there just to add a new car to her policy the broker took advantage of her and charge her 500 bucks too bad ppl don't know ABOUT BROKER FEES!!!! To this day she has not faxed over information to my car dealer leading them to add another insurance after I already payed over 400$ with Adriana's. All she was worried about was taking my money supposedly adding a second driver charging me extra and the second driver was never on my policy. I called multiple times today & was told I'd get a call back in 10 mins it's been 3 hours I keep being placed on hold then they hang up.
