I am so grateful for Adriana's cleaning. I am visiting from San Diego to help my mom who was in the hospital for two weeks. Needless to say, her house was in complete disarray. She had been sick prior to being in the hospital for two months prior to the hospitalization and her condo reflected that. I ran a Google search and found this business. I am surprised about these yelp reviews because their Google reviews are wonderful. However, I will share my experience. I am completely blown away. They went above and beyond. I came home from the hospital to visit my mom and saw the condo in spectacular shape. WOW. The gals that cleaned were so nice and honestly, I don't know how they did it. They speak Portuguese, but we were able to use Google translate. Please thank them for me. I am still blown away. Discovered on Wednesday that I was going to have guests at my condo over the weekend, which unnerved me a bit since my place was in its typical extremely messy and dust-ridden state I called a number of cleaning places to schedule a time for a thorough cleaning, preferably in the next day or two at the most. All but one -- Adriana's -- said they wouldn't be able to do the job for another week or so. Adriana's said they could do it on Friday. so I took them up on their offer, which was extremely reasonable. As things turned out, they did an excellent job. Two cleaners arrived at noon on Friday and worked straight through, without a pause, until 3. Not only did they clean everything I had ask them to, but they cleaned in quite a few places I hadn't mentioned. My experience with Adriana's Cleaning service was extremely disappointing. I would not have anything to do with this cleaning business. I had a particularly bad experience with one of the 21-yr-old house cleaners. Read all the 1-star reviews (too bad we can't leave 0 stars - I bet the other 1-star reviewers wanted to leave 0 stars too). I called for a quote and was told I would be charged for a "deep clean" on my initial visit - $200 with $50 off - total of $150. I though that was steep but figured it was worth the extra money and assumed they would do a really thorough job. They did not. I arrived home to find that the cleaners hadn't cleaned the bathroom AT ALL, basically cleaned around furniture, did not vacuum underneath tables, left blankets and pillows tossed in a heap on the couch, didn't bother to move the items on my kitchen counter while cleaning and just wiped around cookbooks/toaster/etc., left toys on the floor, etc. I left them a very tidy house and they essentially just vacuumed and gave all the appliances a wipe down. I have a very small 1200 sq for town house and was charged $150 for a deep clean. THIS is a deep clean?! I'm very disappointed, and wish I had been more choosy. I assumed certain services were a given - I've never written a bad review and in the 10 years I've been using various cleaning services I've never come home to find so little had actually been cleaned. Did a good job the first time they came by to clean, but then they were supposed to come by for the second visit and called 5 minutes before they were supposed to arrive and said "We can't come today, we are very busy, we will come next Monday." I was happy with the quote of $240 (which included a $50 new customer discount and a $30 fee to clean the inside of the kitchen fridge) for a deep clean of my 5,000 sq ft home. I put the cash and $60 tip in an envelope on the kitchen counter. They lightly cleaned the house with MY supplies and products. One bathroom was left a disaster. I found a dirty rag on my bookcase. All the blinds were twisted up in knots that I had to fix. And most importantly, other than inside the fridge, the kitchen was not cleaned AT ALL. They took the money and snuck out. When I texted to ask what happened, they replied that my husband told them to leave. Seriously? My husband, who was home with two kids, told them to take $300 and leave without doing the job? And no one contacted me to clarify that I, the person who hired and paid them, was ok with them bailing early. They were here for just over two hours. If my home could be deep cleaned in under 6 hours, I'd have done it myself. read more

Everything went well until I presented my $50 coupon when it was time to pay for the cleaning. She got visibly upset and said that I was supposed to tell her I had a coupon before she started the job. It felt kind of sleazy like she would have charged me more if she knew I had the coupon. I found Adriana's online and thought that using a company insured and bonded was a good idea. She gave me an estimate of $150 for a deep cleaning and had her husband come clean my 1200 SQ foot townhouse on Monday. I left cash and came home to find nothing was done except a vaccum. Toilets, oven inside, kitchen counter tops, floors.. NOTHING done. Furious, I contacted her and the husband said he did all that??? I have pictures that nothing was done. Adriana came out the next day and spent 1.5 hours and was sooo hyper-focused on top of the cabinets. She cleaned them and still the grout on floors was not done, counter tops not cleaned and actually left a MESS on the ceiling from the dirt she cleaned up. She had the nerve to tell me my house was too old and top of cabinets too dirty to clean?? After she left, I spent an hour cleaning my floors and the mess she left on my cabinets. She even took things from the top of the cabinets and never put them back.I am in shocked people stay in business and I would highly recommend you not use their services.
