Service is terrible, came in and waited at the front counter for 10 minutes with no one in sight…read moreand no one to pay for bowling We finally get bowling and I request service on the machine and it calls them for 5 minutes then the icon for calling service disappears off the screen and no one comes to get a drink order or food order or anything So then I give up and go to the bar and try to order and there is one bartender there, she is standing by the food window and looking down, then she walks past me two times, once makes eye contact then stands on the other side of the bar with the bottles in the middle of the bar in between us to avoid eye contact while I'm sitting there try to get a drink, I had my id and card in hand ready and it was very obvious I just wanted a drink Then she walks across the bar and grabs her phone and stands in front of the food window and is on her phone for a good minute or two and then looks up and I wave to her and she finally comes over Every thing here I've had to wait for and no one else was in line or waiting.... Terrible parking, but the restrooms are the most disgusting I've ever seen. Feces on the floor from backed up toilets, no toilet paper, and the septic overflowing into the driveway you have to walk thru to the entrance of the place. Food preparation is only a few steps from the restrooms, very unsanitary conditions. I wonder if the Board of Health ever checks it out.

We purchased 3 for my son. Every race is about 10 minutes. There were quite a few people there so he was in every other race. Took about an hour and 30/45 minutes start to finish including waivers. We again explained all we had discussed. She replied, "we don't have or allow paper consent forms." Followed by "It is what it is". At this point our 5 year old grandson was informed that we must all leave because his two great grandparents do not use the internet and have no email addresses. My concern is that Orange City Florida likely has many individuals whom are not internet trusting or savvy. I found this to be an easily resolvable issue, with unyielding management.

However, I feel compelled to write a negative one in this case. On 3/6, I purchased two Gold Packages for myself and my 13 year old daughter. Each package includes two races. The representative who helped us explained that if we only completed one race that day, the remaining race would be stored as a credit on our membership cards. We therefore used only one race on 3/6. When we returned the next day, the representative at the counter, Desi, told us the next race would start in about six minutes. However, when I presented our membership cards, she said she could not see the remaining race credit. She then began asking questions such as whether we had purchased only one Gold Package and shared it, and whether we had receipts. It was clear she suspected we were trying to misuse the system. She continued questioning us for several minutes until I finally asked her to call the manager. While the manager was looking up the information, I logged into my credit card account to show proof of purchase. When I approached the counter with that information, the manager said rather casually, "Oh, we already found it." Unfortunately, by that time we had missed the race we could have joined and had already spent about 20 minutes standing at the counter. No one initially apologized for the inconvenience. When I told the manager that Desi should apologize, the manager responded, "It was not our fault. It was a system error. Sorry." Desi then said, "You did not even give me a chance," and tossed the race tickets onto the counter before trying to walk away. When I said that if I had not asked for the manager she likely would have continued questioning us suspiciously, she responded in a hostile tone, "If you want to take a picture of my badge, you can." The entire interaction was unnecessarily confrontational and disappointing. System errors can happen, but how staff handle them matters. A simple apology and professional attitude would have made a big difference.

If your going here just to ride some go karts for 11 laps then this place will fill that want!!! The Arcade is oldish and expensive. Not really worth it unless you get a free game card. The way to get a free game card is to join their coupon club. You get 2ct. 11 lap bracelets and 2ct 5$ game cards for 45$ so joining is worth it if you're a resident or visit the area frequently. This place is really just to go and ride and leave. They do have gators which are cool to look at or feed, but that only fills a small amount of time. The staff is always friendly. You do have to stop every lap to turn in a tab from your bracelet. It is how they count your laps around. It does slow you down, but I have found it also lets you catch up to your peeps at times. We have never had any challenges here and we have been here over 20 times since our kids were small to now adults.
