I would avoid this place if possible . I have been here several times. Their massages/ leg / foot rub are a joke. They are 35 minutes ( they should be around a hour) they do a 20 second leg and foot rub if that. They slap weird, cheap lotions on you. The nail techs are always always always rude. I bring kids in there and the kids leave scared because their nail techs were mean to them. Today I was in there today and accidentally dropped a nail polish bottles and it shattered. They were livid and the lady kept asking ME to clean it up. I not only work there but when owning a business they should expect to clean up an accident. They also made me pay for that half empty bottle of nail polish. They were THAT hard up for 15$. I would have left if I didn't have kids with me. What they use to remove the dead skin from the bottom of the feet is like the sand paper thing that you buy from target that doesn't actually do anything . Their pedis are basically a nail polish change . Also their pedicures and manicures last 1-2 days if that. There are such better nail salons in hinsdale to go to just shop around! People are rude and they don't do a good job. Hardly spoke to me and were rude when they did. My nails started chipping a day after. Told me the wrong price on the phone and when I went to the front desk to pay they gave me a different price. They didn't even know what they were doing on my nails. It took two hours for a dip fill in. She had to glue a fake nail on and it was constantly falling off and she couldn't get it on. Horrible experience. Do not go here. read more

ZERO STARS. Terrible. I booked a manicure appt and arrived 10 mins late because of traffic from work. When I got there they told me they couldn't do the manicure because I was late. I said that I understood and I could just do a polish change (which takes 15 mins max) to compensate for the 10 mins I was late. The lady argued with me and then another employee yells at me from her station " we can't take you right now" in front of the other customers. Wow! This nail salon is top notch all around. The service was pleasant and comforting. Not much waiting room, however you could sit at one of the drying tables while you wait. The decor is very elegant and tidy. They were busy with a small party of what looked like a party of 4-5 young lady's(they specialize in party's as well). I had a basic pedicure, because they were closing soon so I unfortunately couldn't get the detox pedicure that I was looking forward too. Omg so good!! The place is super cute. Sparkly, clean. Very glam. I went on a weekday morning and there was no one so they saw me right away for a manicure. She moved efficiently through the service and then OMG I got the best massage. Hands, and also then neck and back. Hot towels. They have you lean forward with your head down in order to do the latter while they stay in the chair in front of you. So - wear a shirt that can fold down and not a silk one you don't want lotion on. The price was also amazing - $15 for a mani and a discount for cash. Awesome! My new favorite. read more

Fantastic new nail salon! ANU did an amazing job...service was flawless. I had a manicure and a pedicure. Massage was amazing. He really took his time. The decor is so cute... they have a large selection of nail polish to choose from. I was offered something to drink 3 times which is always nice. They offered me champagne which I unfortunately had to decline.. boo. The owner is super sweet and the staff makes you feel very comfortable. I love my nails! Perfectly polished and I am picky!! Pretty salon but that's about it. When I arrived the salon was empty. The gentleman at the desk was busy on his phone & didn't look up. I asked for a manicure & pedicure. He shouted something and a sweet young lady appeared from the back & began preparing a pedicure station but still didn't address me. She motioned for me to sit & asked if I wanted a magazine. That was the last thing she said. After my pedicure, which was well done, I asked if I should pay before she began my manicure. The gentleman who had been glued to his phone announced they had no time for a manicure. " Come back later". And that was it, head down & nothing more. What?? Uhm..... no I am not leaving & coming back. And no one was waiting in the salon for services. Thumbs down on the customer service. Please put your phone down and greet customers. I love the interior and it is beautiful inside and extremely comfortable. I just wish they would spend more time on pedicures. I came in Sunday, and I had not had a pedicure in a while. The tech spent about ten seconds filling my heels. Period. I knew I needed more than that. My feet still do not feel smooth. The skin is still rough and not feeling like I really got treated. It was disappointing. I was in a hurry, or I would have stopped and talked to a manager. But I had a graduation party I had to get to. So..I left with new polish on my nails. That's about it. They need to stop rushing through clients. Beautiful place, but the service needs to improve. read more

I took my 6-year-old daughter and 5-year-old niece here this past weekend to get their nails painted. The service was fine. It only took 5-10 minutes per kid. However, they weren't honest when it came to charges. I asked how much I owe and they said $30. I paid the $30 and then asked them to confirm the cost of $15 for a kids polish change. They then said it was actually only $10 per kid and refunded the difference. I was offended by this, as the person who gave me the total was actually the person who did the polish change. She must have known the correct rate. Worst of off, the polish came of very easily. I won't be returning because of this experience. read more

Don't try to get a reservation close to closing time because they will not spend time to make the nails good and they usually give a back massage and I was there 15 min before closing and they didn't give me one!!! Adore nails is my absolute go to nail spot. I have been looking for a place to call home when it comes to nail salons and this is it. I even took my daughter here when she turned 3 and they were soooooooo beyond nice and patient. Every other place I always smudge a nail as soon as I get in my car but Adore does the best job! Came in to request a French nail dip, & pedicure. Was told they do not do those, "They are not natural." I was in shock because when has it ever been natural to get nails done. They had asked if I wanted to pick from a pallet choice that had nothing to choose from. Staff was friendly but still not impressed. I stated I preferred a French dip. You will love this salon. It is beautiful, restful and immaculate. Khulan, one of the owners, has done my nails for years when she worked in Lake Forest. I don't feel I have had a wonderful mani/pedi since she left there to open this salon. I actually drove to Hinsdale to get one of her wonderful mani/pedis before Christmas and a big party. It was great to see her and experience her great technique once again. I plan on going all the way there at least once a month to keep my nails in great shape. Excellent service in a beautiful salon. This is not a cattle call service where you are hurried along. The massages and attention to detail are worth the drive across town. The staff is friendly, thoughtful and committed to providing good value in an aesthetically pleasing environment.
