Near the end of the term, I followed their official cancellation procedures and provided written notice more than 30 days in advance.After submitting notice, I was told my contract was two months longer than previously stated. I was also informed they would not release the system's communicator, which prevents me from using my own hardware with another provider. The company ignored my subsequent requests for clarification regarding this equipment lockdown.To protect my system, I ultimately had to change the programming code and replace the communicator myself to remove their access on the 3-year anniversary. Despite paying for the extra two months demanded, they billed me for monitoring services they could not actually render, including an interactive access fee for a system they no longer could connect to. Disabling customer-owned hardware is not in my signed agreement, and charging for unrendered service is highly unprofessional. They completely destroyed my trust.

I heard nothing but kept getting automated calls from Central Monitoring. If I didn't get to the phone in time both my trusted contacts and I got text messages. It became awful in the hour before midnight with one call after another. After the system was armed & I was in bed I received a call from a real person at Central Monitoring. It was about 1:30am. So I asked her if she could turn off notifications for that sensor until I could get Tri-Tronics out to correct the problem. After confirming my identity she did just that. When I got up this morning (late from lack of sleep) I called and spoke with Alexis, the owner. She promised to send Justin, my and the dog's favorite technician, out within the next two hours. He came even sooner. Justin reset my system, which he said could possibly correct the problem. He also offered me option of ordering a new sensor, which is the option I chose. At my request he turned off the errant sensor to assure the problem didn't reoccur before the new sensor arrived, Once again Tri-Tronics came to my rescue quickly. The system has made me feel so much more secure since my husband died. The value versus the cost of the system over the years has been immeasurable. It has just continued to work with sensor battery replacements every few years. Thank you Tri-Tronics, and especially Alexis & Justin. You have made me feel so much safer. I highly recommend the choice of this local business if you're considering a security system.

They always respond to any mishaps of button pushing or forgetting to disarm the alarm. Very satisfied with this company and glad we didn't go with ADT.
