Our case had concluded and I contacted my attorney to settle with City Confidential. He continued to try to contact them and was not successful on getting any answers. He gave me his contact and his information which was Chris Kettner and asked me to contact him myself. I spoke with Chris on several occasions and he promised to give me a call back. He never did and I continued to contact him. I finally got frustrated and filed a civil case in court.!i was contacted by the sheriffs department that Ms. Park refused service in the warrant in debt for court. My husband and I attended the court date, but the judge couldn't rule in our favor because she was not formally served (she knew what she was doing). He also mentioned that this could be a criminal case. I had to consult with a fri nd who was a paralegal who told me the only way I could serve her was the the State Commission, which I did. I also went to the police precinct and filed criminal charges for taking my money under false pretenses and fraud. They stole my money. While there, they recommended that I go to the Department of Criminal Justice Services to file a formal complaint against her license. I go back to court in July to get my money back. I would not recommend this agency. They took my retainer, performed no services, and refused to give my money back. And when I went to court to try and get it back, Susan Park refused service. She knew what she was doing, but I am determined to get our hard earned money back.
