I will start off by saying that the floors look beautiful. We ordered the European White Oak floors in Sea Smoke for our entire 2800sf house for everywhere but wet rooms. We also ordered the stair treads to match the floors. They are a UV oil finish which may be the issue as others seems to have better luck with the lacquer. The floors had a few small chips here and there when we were unpacking them, but not an overwhelming amount like another review posted. They were installed less than a year ago and the cracking and chipping along the seams in high traffic areas does not give me much hope for them lasting a long time. We can't even walk on the floors without slippers or thick socks on because you get slivers in your feet. They were installed by a company that our construction company uses regularly and have never had issues with, they always do a beautiful job. They were properly acclimated and have been maintained to the letter by the instructions on ADMs website. It's very unfortunate that this happened, a $30K mistake. Again, the floors look beautiful but the quality is just not there. read more

ADM flooring isn't just the worst flooring experience but the worst purchase we have ever made. I honestly just need to share this to hopefully help someone avoid making the same mistakes. This company charges an outrages amount of money for the worst quality of floor and service. You are better off ordering floor from Home Depot/Lowes. We ordered 2400 sq. ft of engineered hardwood worth over $20K from this company in December 2024. It is March 2025 and we have yet to have the floor installed. When the floor was initially delivered LATE, 1/4 of it was damaged (the flooring boards as well as the stair parts). The floor came in damaged packaging with clear signs of major damage that couldn't be worked around. So much of the floor was damaged that we weren't able to start our install. We followed the steps outlined by the company to report the damages to get it replaced. ADM would take weeks to respond, and then asked for a different way of reporting these damages. We followed now the new steps and provided all the details in the format they requested. Weeks go by again. Eventually we're told the replacement will be processed and shipped soon and delivered in time for our install. They stated they have 30more boxes of the floor we need, more than enough to cover missing portion. We don't hear back from them until we call again another week later and are told the floor will be delivered in time. This went back and forth for some time until we demand to be given a tracking information with delivery date. During this call we were notified that there was a mistake made, that they don't actually have the floor that matches the one that was delivered to us and that they will instead send us new samples to choose from. Needless to say we have to reschedule the flooring install, and will also have mismatched floors. That is IF we even get replacement for damaged floor. This type of service is absolutely unacceptable and scammy to say the least. We are filing complaints with State Consumer Protection Office, BBB, and Federal Trade Commission. read more

Our original flooring, Vintage White Engineered plank flooring installed 8 years ago, was partially ruined by a water leak. Getting a good match for replacement was a huge challenge. Although the product was still available, the color choices had changed. Daniel Revah and his team were patient and helpful in selecting a new flooring batch that was a decent, but not accurate color match and then guiding us to a stain product that served to make the match very close. I searched for months for the right type and shade of flooring for my house, wanted it to match closely with my rift white oak cabinets. I ordered a few different samples and then went to the showroom so I could compare my cabinet door sample with the flooring. We had searched extensively for a good quality engineered wood floor with reasonable price for a 800 sqft apartment. After receiving some samples from ADM and comparing to many samples from others, we liked ADM's Sunset flooring the most. It has 4mm wearable layer and 9.5" width, with overall thickness of 5/8". After checking with the sales reps, the ordering process was relatively simple. Best of all, the shipping was free (if over 500 sqft.), even for Manhattan! The shipment arrived much earlier than expected, without prior notice. The only suggestion we have is for ADM to provide more timely order tracking number and update of shipment status. The shipment of planks looked exactly like the sample and we were very satisfied with the installed floor (see pics). Absolute best flooring ever. Great value for the quality. Really can't beat it. I do development and design work for a company in Scottsdale, AZ and we have used this flooring in four of our projects so far. It instantly gives any home a more luxurious feel and look. So far we have only used greystone (because I fell in love with it!!) but I am looking forward to using other styles in future projects. Aside from it being sturdy and durable, it ages very well (I can at least say this for greystone. I am not sure about the other tones). The very first time we had used this flooring was about 6 or 7 years ago in a 1000 sq. ft. condo. Since then, it seems as if the texture has become more apparent and the grain has become slightly more prominent. Looks brilliant. I have attached pictures of both this condo and a newer remodel from last year. Also, the staff is so easy to work with and they are all incredibly accommodating, patient and knowledgeable. We are a little overly particular with how much variation there is in each piece. As I had mentioned, our projects are in Scottsdale and this company is based in LA. We had asked them to ship us variations (samples) probably at least 3 or 4 times, and every time they were quick to ship the samples and very friendly. They were patient with all of our requests. Customer service at ADM alone is enough to have us continue to do business with them. read more

**If you have had an issue with the finish of your ADM flooring's finish, please message me! I have tried to attach photos to the review but it will not allow me. I will be happy to share them, until then I will keep trying to add photos to this review.** This is a tricky review to write.. Because immediately after having my floor done, I would have given them 5 stars. Customer service was excellent, they were very quick to respond to questions. They shipped to Texas and everything was delivered perfectly, packaging was great. They gave us a veteran's discount which we were very thankful and appreciative for. However, despite following care instructions very carefully, our Vernazza European Oak Engineered with UV Laquer Finish has extremely deteriorated in the 20 months we have had it. It was a huge investment of around $8 when you take into consideration tile demo, installation, supplies, manpower, etc... there is no way I would spend so much much money on investing in this upgrade, only to trash it. I use swiffer pads, vacuum with a canister vacuum that has a soft brush, and mop with the bona mop that has a soft pad and lightly sprays the floor. I have never leaving standing water on the floor. I just re-read and downloaded their care instructions and there is now something on there about adding a "Woca" Maintenance Oil on the floor a few days after installation, and then every 8-16 months. This information was not on the care instructions when we bought our floor. The file says this new set of care instructions was created on 10.17.2017 which is 6 months after we purchased our floor, so we did not know this information. As time has gone on, many planks are looking worse and worse. The finish has come off of so many, while neighboring planks without deep wire brush grooves and finish are not as drastically affected. I have many areas where the wood is exposed with zero finish on it. We have only had the floor for 20 months and it is to the point that it is embarrassing and I do not like to have guests over, or share videos of my kids running around because the condition of the floor is very obtrusive. I know that is a silly first world problem, but we paid a lot of money for the final product, to only now be embarrassed less than two years later. My only option is to refinish the floors myself, or pay someone to do it, and then hopefully we finish them and they do not have this problem again. However, this is completely out of budget, we were quoted between $3.00 - $4.00 a square foot to do this, and the fact of the matter is, we should not have to. Don't they have a warranty, you ask? They do, but because they cannot confirm that I have NOT gone against the care instructions, they will not honor the warranty. I learned this after researching today and seeing a complaint on their BBB that is eerily similar to mine. read more

Spend your money elsewhere, there are plenty of good flooring companies out there. We've been trying to get our floors and stairs completed for close to 2 months now. ADM has made excuse after excuse as to why they haven't gotten our entire order to us. On top of that no one in management or ownership seems to want to take responsibility and get things right. read more
