The cake arrangement was pretty, but was missing the balloon. When I called, they said the balloon wasn't included but my receipt said ADD ON BIRTHDAY BALLOON, which I did. DONT ORDER FROM HERE! I always order flowers on Mother's Day for my mother and grandmother and this time I decided to order from a local place. The issue was that I placed two orders, but only one arrived. When I called this place, the person who answered the phone first said that I needed to go pick up the flowers because they weren't going to be able to deliver them. When I said that wasn't going to work out she responded by asking me what the name of the order was under. After I gave it to her. She then said that no order came in with that name, so I then went ahead and provided her with my order number instead. After she looked up my order, she said that there was only one arrangement ordered not two. When I told her that I was looking at the receipt on my end and I was charged for two orders not one she said "well I don't know what you want me to do about it. There's only one order." The lady on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional and kept cutting me off. I finally had enough and told her I wanted to speak to her manager, she put me on hold for the fifth time and then came back on the line saying "actually I was able to find your order. The order came in just now" which is a total lie because I had ordered these flowers days in advance. I was appalled by the special Christmas arrangement i purchased. It was so gorgeous online, looked bountiful and truly special. However, when i picked it ip at the bell Conroys, i was flabbergasted. What i was given looked nothing like the fine flower arrangement i had ordered. They completely failed. The florist ended up having to exchange a couple of lilies that were opened since mine had all closed flowers. She also added a small ribbon but still did not make up for all the lackluster arrangements they gave me. I am adding a picture of what was supposed to look like, what i was going to be given, and what i was given at the end for comparison. It's like they didn't even try. So very disappointed. I will never buy from them again, nor will i recommend their services. I could have chosen among so many other flower shops but i rather buy locally to help my community. What a big mistake. Lastly, you would think that given the precarious economic situation many businesses are facing, this place would at the very least try their best to satisfy their customers. read more

I've ordered delivery from this location twice this year, and that's two too many. The Good: Flowers arrived. The Bad & the Ugly: Incompetent delivery and gift messages. With my first order, they wrote down the recipient's name wrong (shouldn't orders be printed?), which led to a half hour of wrangling with my girlfriend's office receptionist who couldn't figure out who it should go to. With both orders, they riddled my gift message with typos. I mean They literallY Added Inappropriate cApitalization in All The Wrong pLaces and Misspelled ERRYthing, and turned my "=P" emoticon into "=d." Why would anyone manually re-type a message? Can't they hit print? Are they aware of copy-paste? These are not rhetorical questions. My handsome sweet (litteraly) boyfriend and I have been together for 8 years. And every/other week he gives me the most beautiful long stem red rose with a pretty purple(my fav color) bow tied to the stem. Although Ive never been here, my boyfriend tells me that the ladies that work here are the sweetest and the most helpful. He's told me that sometimes they will have my rose ready for him as soon as he walks in or will start preparing it. Now that's customer service!!!!! My roommate just ordered an arrangement for his girlfriends birthday from this store, and the arrangement truly looked smaller than what the picture shows on their web page, and when he called them to complain, they told him thats what he ordered and to basically accept what they gave him... I spent $65 on this flower cake and although the cake was cute it was a lot smaller than the description and the balloon that came with it looked like it was for a little boy's birthday not an adult woman's birthday. if i could give this no stars i would, and i see im not the only one who has gotten the most horrible service here. its is mothers day today and i placed an order weeks ahead for an arrangement that was worth about 80 dollars. i called them at 9:30am for a girl to tell me my delivery was already sent out 15 mins prior, well its now 2:33pm and the is no delivery for my wife what so ever...i then call again this time a man answers the phone and was very rude from the start kept interrupting me and being so short and basically told me if i didnt be quiet he was going to hang up, guess what he did he hung up on me. i called again and again only to have him yell at me "whats my f***** address" i then asked for a manager and he said he was the manager. i told him what went on and he said that the girl gave me false information that my arrangement wassnt even out for delivery that it wassnt even made yet, he then said that they deliver up until 7:30 pm which they close at 5:30 so my wife has to basically wait i have to now scramble to a flower shop near by and the kick it i live literally 5mins from this shop i wanted to support a small local business but that was a mistake i really do suggest that people read the comments cause i should have there is nothing but negative things to say on here nothing positive the most disrespectful person ive have ever dealt with and i workin customer service. please buy your flowers from some other shop this aint worth the time to be treated with such hate especailly on a holiday like mothers day. read more
