Wonderful customer service! Jaime and his team were able to give me my wedding bouquet exactly how I wanted it and even added a little extra to make it really stand out! 1800Flowers - My wedding bouquet!! So cute - Florists Near Me - Bell, California

I needed a small order of flowers just enough to decorate a box so this was a NOTHING order and i was embarrassed to even get such little qty of flowers. So i told them my puny order and to my surprise they bent over backwards to make sure I selected what i wanted they even brought out the buckets from the back so i could have variety in choosing. Thats 5 STAR service in my book. They didn't care if I ordered $10 or $1000 they made me feel like a valued customer not because of the money in my pocket but for the smile they wanted me to take back home. read more

My friend's Mother's service was last Saturday and the viewing was Friday. I spent an extensive amount of time Thursday evening completing the order on line. The following day I phoned as a follow up and was told the order did not go through. I placed the orderr again with an agent. Today the story was unbelievable, "the delivery was made to a door with brick color." The funeral home name was give. Why would they deliver to a closed door?plan to remove 1800 Flowers from any additional business. This is an emotional issue for me. any additional business read more

The cake arrangement was pretty, but was missing the balloon. When I called, they said the balloon wasn't included but my receipt said ADD ON BIRTHDAY BALLOON, which I did. I can tell the owner or manager didn't want to deal with it as she was shouting at the lady on the phone telling her what to say. They told me I could come pick up my own balloon lol I live out of state and sent these flowers to my mom for her birthday. Not going to send her to go pick up her own balloons. But thanks anyways. read more

DONT ORDER FROM HERE! I always order flowers on Mother's Day for my mother and grandmother and this time I decided to order from a local place. The issue was that I placed two orders, but only one arrived. When I called this place, the person who answered the phone first said that I needed to go pick up the flowers because they weren't going to be able to deliver them. When I said that wasn't going to work out she responded by asking me what the name of the order was under. After I gave it to her. She then said that no order came in with that name, so I then went ahead and provided her with my order number instead. After she looked up my order, she said that there was only one arrangement ordered not two. When I told her that I was looking at the receipt on my end and I was charged for two orders not one she said "well I don't know what you want me to do about it. There's only one order." The lady on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional and kept cutting me off. I finally had enough and told her I wanted to speak to her manager, she put me on hold for the fifth time and then came back on the line saying "actually I was able to find your order. The order came in just now" which is a total lie because I had ordered these flowers days in advance. Overall, this place was very unprofessional and Im extremely disappointed with their level of professionalism. It goes without saying but I will not be ordering from here EVER again. read more

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered an arrangement for Mother's Day that I payed $99.99 for and I received something totally different. False advertisement and worst customer service. The description said something totally different than what I received. Are you kidding me? Tried to email owner and he said that it's exactly what I ordered and eventually stopped responding to me. He did not even validate my concerns or do anything to resolve the issue. How in the world are you going to tell me that these two arrangements look the same and have the same flowers! Looks like I bought these flowers at a cheap flower shop. Do not shop here! read more

Worst customer service I have ever received. The shop wasn't too busy, a guy approached me and I was looking to get my mom flowers and had a budget. I seen a bouquet I liked but wasn't looking to spend 80 dollars, I asked if they had anything similar to that but more affordable and he rolled his eyes and say whats there is there thats all they have. He was rude and his service was so half ass. I will never come here again. read more

I was appalled by the special Christmas arrangement i purchased. It was so gorgeous online, looked bountiful and truly special. However, when i picked it ip at the bell Conroys, i was flabbergasted. What i was given looked nothing like the fine flower arrangement i had ordered. They completely failed. The florist ended up having to exchange a couple of lilies that were opened since mine had all closed flowers. She also added a small ribbon but still did not make up for all the lackluster arrangements they gave me. I am adding a picture of what was supposed to look like, what i was going to be given, and what i was given at the end for comparison. It's like they didn't even try. So very disappointed. I will never buy from them again, nor will i recommend their services. I could have chosen among so many other flower shops but i rather buy locally to help my community. What a big mistake. Lastly, you would think that given the precarious economic situation many businesses are facing, this place would at the very least try their best to satisfy their customers. read more

The members are friendly and made me a beautiful arrangement for girlfriends birthday! Their Rose are a littler more pricy but quality is way better then the rose you get at Ralph's or CVS as they can stay a week longer. Definitely will come again! read more

I don't know how this place is still in business. They buy their flowers from DTLA and Cerritos Nursery for nothing and charge you an arm and a leg. They are the most ridiculously, overpriced, unfriendly people in all of Bell/Cudahy. I get far more and far better quality flowers from ALBERTSONS! For ONE rose with a small stupid bear they want $30! They should be ashamed of how badly they rip off their customers. People need to STOP COMING HERE. Hell, even CVS across the street has better and more affordable flowers than they do! I'd rather drive to DTLA myself and get a whole box of gorgeous rainbow roses for $45! read more

Never attempting to order from this place again . Thought I'd shop local ,bad idea . I got one voicemail to call them back , less than 5 mins later another voicemail saying I didn't call back so order was canceled. It was 7:30am on a Saturday , I was busy . When I called them back at 8 to see what had happened, "yeah your order was canceled " no sorry no nothing . Person on the phone was rude and not courteous at all . My handsome sweet (litteraly) boyfriend and I have been together for 8 years. And every/other week he gives me the most beautiful long stem red rose with a pretty purple(my fav color) bow tied to the stem. Although Ive never been here, my boyfriend tells me that the ladies that work here are the sweetest and the most helpful. He's told me that sometimes they will have my rose ready for him as soon as he walks in or will start preparing it. Now that's customer service!!!!! I would like to thank them for helping create such a special memory in me and my boyfriends lives. 1800Flowers - Beautiful "Thank You" arrangements. But today, prom flowers. - Florists Near Me - Bell, California

I've ordered delivery from this location twice this year, and that's two too many. The Good: Flowers arrived. The Bad & the Ugly: Incompetent delivery and gift messages. With my first order, they wrote down the recipient's name wrong (shouldn't orders be printed?), which led to a half hour of wrangling with my girlfriend's office receptionist who couldn't figure out who it should go to. With both orders, they riddled my gift message with typos. I mean They literallY Added Inappropriate cApitalization in All The Wrong pLaces and Misspelled ERRYthing, and turned my "=P" emoticon into "=d." Why would anyone manually re-type a message? Can't they hit print? Are they aware of copy-paste? These are not rhetorical questions. With so, so many flower delivery options out there, competition is fierce, but that's a reality lost upon this flower shop. This is definitely a shop you can (and should) skip. read more

The service here is pathetic and the prices are ridiculous. I think they offer a dozen roses for $12 or something but you're better off going to the CVS across the street and getting the roses they offer in store. If you want great flowers at an unbeatable price I highly highly recommend going to Yoli's Flowers in Bell. The guy who owns the shop is really nice and helpful and when you buy a dozen roses for $9.99 he will make them look like super legit. read more

My roommate just ordered an arrangement for his girlfriends birthday from this store, and the arrangement truly looked smaller than what the picture shows on their web page, and when he called them to complain, they told him thats what he ordered and to basically accept what they gave him... Who ever is running that flower shop over there in Bell needs to fired or demoted for true incompetence... What ever happened to quality check before you send anything out the door? You look at the picture on the website, and then make sure that the finished product looks just like the picture... read more

Awesome selection of flowers. Affordable and people know what they're doing in creating a bouquet of flowers.

Great service! Lady at the front desk was very sweet! Didn't know I could get a free rose just by checking in. Nice touch!

I arrived at the location, saw that the store was barricaded already as if they were closed, but since I saw movement in the store I decided to call, they answered, but they responded with they are closed. Online it says their hours are open until 9pm, I asked the lady on the phone she said they changed their hours to 8:30pm. I'm outside the store it's only 8:28. I know two minutes is not a lot of time to shop around, but I only needed 1 bouquet, in and out, yet they refused my service. Horrible customer service. Now my grandma won't be getting her birthday flowers, and she loves flowers. Thanks a lot convoy's. read more

I ordered flowers through 1800flowers.com and the receipt showed the arrangement was made at this location. I spent $65 on this flower cake and although the cake was cute it was a lot smaller than the description and the balloon that came with it looked like it was for a little boy's birthday not an adult woman's birthday. I was very upset, not happy at all and I will not be ordering from there again. read more

The girls that work there during the week are super hardworking and willing to help. The man who works there on Saturday's is a lazy piece of shit. if i could give this no stars i would, and i see im not the only one who has gotten the most horrible service here. its is mothers day today and i placed an order weeks ahead for an arrangement that was worth about 80 dollars. i called them at 9:30am for a girl to tell me my delivery was already sent out 15 mins prior, well its now 2:33pm and the is no delivery for my wife what so ever...i then call again this time a man answers the phone and was very rude from the start kept interrupting me and being so short and basically told me if i didnt be quiet he was going to hang up, guess what he did he hung up on me. i called again and again only to have him yell at me "whats my f***** address" i then asked for a manager and he said he was the manager. i told him what went on and he said that the girl gave me false information that my arrangement wassnt even out for delivery that it wassnt even made yet, he then said that they deliver up until 7:30 pm which they close at 5:30 so my wife has to basically wait i have to now scramble to a flower shop near by and the kick it i live literally 5mins from this shop i wanted to support a small local business but that was a mistake i really do suggest that people read the comments cause i should have there is nothing but negative things to say on here nothing positive the most disrespectful person ive have ever dealt with and i workin customer service. please buy your flowers from some other shop this aint worth the time to be treated with such hate especailly on a holiday like mothers day. read more
