Veronica cares for her clients on a different level. I worked with her for over a year and I have tools that will be sticking with me for life. I'm going to give a genuine and thorough review of my experience with her.
I never once felt like Veronica was just doing it for the money, like I think many "coaches" do. She even stresses that she doesn't want to keep her clients for more than a year or two because the goal is to give you the skills you need for life, not be your crutch. I've struggled with ADHD since I can remember. It caused behavioral issues as a child but transformed into massive problems with organization, time management, overcommitment, and overall self esteem in my adult life. I wanted to go to a university again and move to a different state but I had so many issues with my ADHD I thought it was impossible to ever accomplish something of that magnitude. I hired Veronica because I felt like I needed a huge change in my life and she turned out to be my greatest asset for the following year. She helped me organize when and how to get my applications in, how to tactfully pack my furniture and plan a schedule for moving into my new apartment and getting settled in the new place. She even flew out to me during my first week to make sure I had a place to study, my furniture unpacked, and create a game plan for the upcoming semester. She helped me with my awful time management skills when I couldn't get to class on time or turn things in by their due dates for the life of me. She taught me how to advocate for myself with my professors and representatives in various departments at my university plus organize daily life tasks while I went through an extremely difficult and tumultuous life event during my first semester. Every time I thought I was going to give up, start over, move home, drop out, or otherwise fall back into old patterns, I would force myself to have a session and without fault, every time, I'd come out of our call with some newfound hope and a plan to fix everything thanks to Veronica. She taught me how to accept that I'll still forget this or that or be a few minutes late to things here and there without beating myself up every time. She taught me how to accept that my brain functions differently than other people's and the patience that we need to have with ourselves regarding that. She literally changed my life and has managed to be there for me and pick up the phone when I feel like I'm having an ADHD crisis(which RARELY happen now--thanks Veronica!!), even a year after we finished having our regular weekly sessions. Veronica is a very patient and understanding person but also knew when to be tough with me. I have managed to make an incredible GPA as a third year pre-med student which I never even dreamed was possible, and I know it was through the lessons I learned being coached by her. Veronica is someone you NEED in your life if you're ready to make some serious changes for the better. read more
