Hope is absolutely AMAZING! I've had a lot of therapy throughout my healing journey and I had a lot of knowledge and understanding about myself and my needs. BUT, I was stuck and did not know how to move forward and put all that information to work. From my first session with Hope, I could tell that she was different. She actively listened and asked in-depth questions to make sure she had a clear understanding. I actually felt heard in a way that I hadn't in a very long time. In just a month, Hope has changed my life! She guided me through an a multi-step process that opened doors I didn't even know existed. I learned so much and the whole experience was so transformational. AND, she was genuinely happy for me as I grew with each step of the process. I would not hesitate to recommend her and/or reach out to her again! In fact, if everyone should have a Hope in their life!!!! read more

I have worked with Hope in a number of sessions. She helped me break apart blocks through hands-on exercises. I immediately felt liberated and the blocks have not returned. Some of these were blocks I had had for years - and we broke through them in less than an hour. She will give you "homework" before your next session and will give you book suggestions or other items to look at that relate to the topic of your session. read more

With so many people offering opinions and advice, Hope's experience and guidance is really outstanding. The time I spend with her is always worth the investment. Why? First off, I agree with some other commenters -- she is able to quickly help me get to the core issues at hand, regardless of the smoke screens I may put up. But what makes working with Hope unique is that she clearly has a range of strong and specific techniques at hand for actually doing something to work on the issues as they come up. And she is able to adeptly move from identification quickly into active treatment. This is what sets her apart and makes every minute I spend with her worthwhile. I should also echo others who say that she is a real pleasure to talk to. Her manner is open, not forceful in any way. She truly seems to come from a place of unconditional acceptance. For me, that is critical to the process. If you're considering Hope as a 'life-coach' or some other type of addition to a formal support network, I highly recommend her. In a world where much free advice isn't even worth what you pay for it, Hope stands out among the best paid coaches and therapists I have ever encountered. - Dan S. Arlington, VA read more

Hope is an excellent life coach and has helped me deal with many issues throughout our time together. She really does love helping people, I feel like she is really invested in my progress. Her joy at my success makes me feel good after the pain of growth. I mostly work with her on general life issues, but one of the many sessions we've done together is Career Clarity. During this session I was finally able to recognize what career path I wanted to take. It took me 35 years to find out what I want to do when I grow up, but at least I made it :) Thank you Hope! read more

I recently hired Hope and went through her Career Clarity Intensive. I didn't know what to expect, and I didn't fully believe I would ever achieve "clarity" on my career path. With Hope's help, I achieved not only Clarity, but excitement and confidence about my future. Hope has a friendly way of asking the right questions that get your mind working in a different way. I had agonized over my career decision for months before hiring Hope. Just a few weeks after hiring her, I had my "aha!" moment. After ruminating on my career choice, I am now 100% certain that I am making the correct decision. The irony is that I did not expect what I discovered about myself. Hope does not tell you what to think or believe, but she asks questions that bring your true thoughts and beliefs to the surface. Hope is an expert in her field and I trust her method completely. The advice, guidance, questions, and reassurance she gave me have been incredibly valuable. With Hope's help, I reached a career decision that I would not have realized on my own. If you are on the fence about hiring Hope, I highly recommend scheduling a call with her. She is one of the greatest coaches, and people, I have ever hired. Thank you Hope! read more

In 2013 I found myself depressed and miserable. I've been skeptical of life coaches, but my wife knew I had to do something so she did some research. Hope came highly recommended so I gave her a shot. We worked together for a couple of months, and it was not only interesting but it was effective. In 2014 I quit the job where I was stagnating and got a better one I love, I've restarted a long-neglected hobby, and my relationship with my wife has improved significantly, and I owe it in large part to the work I did with Hope. Hope is very kind, patient, and knows just when to make an important insight. She's also not afraid to call me on my delusions and ask hard questions. She made me see some things differently and changed my attitude toward life. For the first time in a long time was I was able to muster my courage and do what needed to be done to make me happy. I can't recommend her highly enough. Thanks Hope! read more

I really wanted to try this service given the other incredible reviews. However, when I inquired about pricing and setting up an appointment, Hope requested to set up a 30 minute consult first. My schedule is pretty full, and it seemed like a lot of time to commit for a service I may or may not pursue since I wasn't given pricing info. Furthermore, she only operates during business hours, which meant finding a conference room at work to make the call from. I scheduled an appointment for mid-morning between two meetings - the only time our schedules aligned. Sprinting from one room to the next I called five minutes past the scheduled time. With no answer on the other line I left a message then tried again a few minutes later. Twenty minutes later I got a rude text from Hope saying that she took another call because I was five minutes late. I've been to doctor's offices who will politely hold the appointment for 15 minutes or more. My intention wasn't to run five minutes late, but giving one star because of the inflexibility and rude response. Life happens. As a "life coach" you'd think Coach Hope would understand. read more

Hope is a great listener and it's clear she really cares to understand and contribute to your life. Even though we ended up agreeing after the initial consultation that I don't need life coaching right now, I would contact her again in the future. read more

Oh, Hope. I didn't know anything about life coaching or ever think I even needed such a thing. I gave her a call and before you know it, I am 2 months in and feel transformed. Opening up the world, my desires, and how anything is possible are just some of the things she did for me. It sounds simple, but there is so much more. I felt like I was able to break through on some tough times that I thought had resolved, but they were lingering and affecting my present. She gives you the tools and power to move forward while embracing what's beautiful right now. Best of all, you can do over the phone consultations, in person, or a combo. She's flexible, understanding, and would love her in my life as a friend! I cannot recommend her enough, especially if you are on the fence like me, who had no idea of what was possible or what I was capable of. read more

I found myself feeling at a crossroads in my career when I was questioning work-life balance and pondering if I were to continue expending most of my life energy on work. I contacted Hope for four sessions to get fresh perspective. Each session brought multiple resources new to me that I quickly tried on for size. With these tools and Hope's tuned-in guidance, I am on a new path that has me once again excited and full of trust in my divine journey. Thank you for the wake-up call, Hope! I am very much enjoying the results and the time spent working with you. read more

I worked with Hope during my pregnancy with my second child. I was facing several big challenges at the time and Hope really helped me process everything in a wonderfully healthy and healing way. Over the past 3 years that I have had Hope in my life, I find that I always have a friend that holds me accountable to continually discovery my full potential. Many times in my life when I hear that little voice of regret and denial trying to hold me down I think, "What would Hope say?" read more

I recently participated in a session with Hope called Self-Discovery. In preparation, I was advised to create a list of personal priorities that I had over the next year, and what outcomes I desired. I knew this was going to be different because Hope encouraged me to not just list the priorities, but to truly think about what I wanted to accomplish in regards to the each priority. During the actual session, Hope listened to me with an open and non-judgmental ear. She was very supportive and provided me with a lot of insight. I was able to develop very simple takeaways from the session, and have begun putting some of them to work. Hope had an very hands-on, genuine approach to her coaching which I appreciated. She's very authentic and I recommend her to anyone looking to discover themselves. read more

Hope is a wonderful resource if you are looking to improve your life. I learned so much from her and it is obvious that she has many years of expertise. She is a very patient listener and has very appropriate tips and suggestions for your exact situation. Unlike traditional therapy where you mostly talk and reflect, Hope gives you "hands-on" homework to help you constructively address your issues. I have a whole bunch of tools after my sessions with her that I am eager to use when I start over analyzing and criticizing myself. I can already see changes in the way I think, and how her help is allowing me to slowly move out of old self-sabotaging patterns. read more

I recently graduated college with a degree that I hated feeling very lost. My anxiety was sky high and I thought my next step was to get on anxiety medication in the midst of trying to find a job. Thankfully for me, my mom begged me to call Hope before taking such drastic measures. Hope has helped me see the light. Not only was she able to help me figure out my passions / energizers but how to find them in a career I can look forward to. Hope taught me to see the next part of my life as an adventure, full of possibilities instead of constant, terrible what if scenarios. I'm able to see my own wants and desires as tangible goals. In the 5 sessions I met with her I found career clarity, which is what I was desperately seeking, but also found a whole new way to think. I was one of the most anxious people I had ever met and most of my friends and family would agree. Hope noticed this and we spent an entire session working on a way to feed good thoughts and positive outcomes. At first the exercise felt a little silly but since that session I have felt lighter, happier and less fatigued. As for now we have come to a great stopping point but I know I can always start seeing her again if I need to. I have a small notebook filled with helpful notes, book suggestions and exercises to use whenever I need. Hope is genuinely interested, concerned and happy for her clients. She has become a wonderful friend! read more

I was feeling vulnerable after a recent job switch and unsure about where my decision would lead me. Hope helped me ask myself the right questions to be reminded of my natural skills, talents, tendencies, and strongest interests and also to fully confront the things I don't like or am not good at! With this deeper understanding of who I am and how I work best, I'm more confident and trust myself to follow my instincts and lean into my most authentic self. As an added note, I appreciate the time Hope took at the beginning of our connection. By having a no-strings-attached 30 minute conversation I felt more comfortable by being able to get to speak with her and having a better understanding in the program before investing in it. read more

I met Hope a few months ago at a drum circle and was immediately inspired by her enthusiasm for life. She came up to talk with me about my African marimba school (Rattletree School of Marimba) and told me all about how she was taking belly dance lessons. I friended her on Facebook and didn't really think much more about it. I got into the habit of liking and looking forward to her many positive, thoughtful and helpful posts. Last week I got into a car accident (I'm ok) and that stress on top of building a business put me over the edge. I wanted to press the reset button and thought of Hope. From the get go she was unbelievably helpful and kind. She told me about her offerings, sent me resources including her videos on YouTube, and gave me homework to prepare for our meeting. The homework made me take stock of my life and gave us a focus for the conversation. Hope is a fantastic listener. She makes you feel comfortable and challenges you at the same time. I came away from our session feeling revitalized and with some concrete action items. I highly recommend Hope to anyone looking for a life coach. read more

I met Hope a little over a year ago. She and I worked together on a number of topics over several months but amazingly she nailed the major issue I was dealing with on our very first visit. I've sense spent a year working with that lesson as it effects all aspects of my life. What I learned from Hope has helped to ground me, bring me greater happiness and general success. Outwardly there has perhaps been no major change but my inner world is a much better place to be thanks to Hope. She is a wonderful listener, works hard to relate and encourage action in her clients and is an overall exceptional light-worker. I feel fortunate for her counsel and would recommend her highly to anyone looking to improve themselves. read more

Like so many of her other reviewers, I cannot say enough good things about Hope. She is a compassionate, wonderful human being, who truly cares about her clients- although, to be honest, I've never felt like her client, but a person in whose welfare she is genuinely invested. Hope walks with you through the scarier parts of self-building, and applauds you for your inevitable successes. If you are looking for a Life Coach (I've seen others), start here with Hope. She is more than amazing, she's truly life changing. read more
