In 2013 I found myself depressed and miserable. I've been skeptical of life coaches, but my wife knew I had to do something so she did some research. Hope came highly recommended so I gave her a shot. We worked together for a couple of months, and it was not only interesting but it was effective. In 2014 I quit the job where I was stagnating and got a better one I love, I've restarted a long-neglected hobby, and my relationship with my wife has improved significantly, and I owe it in large part to the work I did with Hope. Hope is very kind, patient, and knows just when to make an important insight. She's also not afraid to call me on my delusions and ask hard questions. I really wanted to try this service given the other incredible reviews. However, when I inquired about pricing and setting up an appointment, Hope requested to set up a 30 minute consult first. My schedule is pretty full, and it seemed like a lot of time to commit for a service I may or may not pursue since I wasn't given pricing info. Furthermore, she only operates during business hours, which meant finding a conference room at work to make the call from. I scheduled an appointment for mid-morning between two meetings - the only time our schedules aligned. Sprinting from one room to the next I called five minutes past the scheduled time. With no answer on the other line I left a message then tried again a few minutes later. Twenty minutes later I got a rude text from Hope saying that she took another call because I was five minutes late. I've been to doctor's offices who will politely hold the appointment for 15 minutes or more. My intention wasn't to run five minutes late, but giving one star because of the inflexibility and rude response. Life happens. As a "life coach" you'd think Coach Hope would understand. read more

She is a very patient listener and has very appropriate tips and suggestions for your exact situation. I recently participated in a session with Hope called Self-Discovery. In preparation, I was advised to create a list of personal priorities that I had over the next year, and what outcomes I desired. I knew this was going to be different because Hope encouraged me to not just list the priorities, but to truly think about what I wanted to accomplish in regards to the each priority. I recently graduated college with a degree that I hated feeling very lost. My anxiety was sky high and I thought my next step was to get on anxiety medication in the midst of trying to find a job. I met Hope a few months ago at a drum circle and was immediately inspired by her enthusiasm for life. She came up to talk with me about my African marimba school (Rattletree School of Marimba) and told me all about how she was taking belly dance lessons.
