It is a real pleasure to write this review for Dylan. He is really onto something big with this…read moremethod and approach to coaching. First off, he is not evangelical by any means. He is not out to fix you, he is not out to show you something UH-MAY-ZING that only HE just discovered, any kind of bullsh** like that. He's just a guy who's been through stuff like all of us, but he offers a strong optimism and focus that I have not witnessed with other coaches or programs. Covid left my life in tatters and the bright side was probably that there was no way to go but up. However, up could mean many different things, and I wanted to get things right due to lost time and my general OCD tendencies. A close college friend introduced me to Dylan and away we went. I didn't feel lost, but I just didn't have good direction. Who was I after the pandemic? Who had I always been? A romantic breakup didn't help things - I needed a great coach, and that great coach became Dylan. Working with Dylan was empowering: I felt like I was showing up for myself. He never made me feel like he was doing me a favor; he never acted like an armed forces superior; he never got annoyed, angry or pushy - he just listened, reflected, and was patient in everything we did. He's plenty humorous too - we had great laughs about everything under the sun. He voices a lot of the negative phrases we tell ourselves in the deep crevices in our minds - because he's been there, not because he's Buddha - there's a difference. His modules are also fantastic - they are agnostic as to anything subjective such as religion or politics - they are simple, English-language modules that are focused on the self, the brain, and your mission in life. However, don't let this simplicity fool you: they reach deep inside you and extract what you've been wanting to extract: your values, your mission, and your purpose. They are not, nor do they promise to be one-stop fixes - I have been through the modules a few times - I always uncover something new. Dylan doesn't consider this module repetition as any kind of failure or shortcoming: in fact, he encourages it. We are always changing - why not use the same methods to uncover new information? I did, and it worked (and still works) every time. On a banal, but still necessary level, I know myself more after working with Dylan. I have more material for cover letters and interviews. I am more confident in what I say at networking functions. But you and I both know that it doesn't stop there, right? Right. I know what my place is in the world, and maybe, what I am meant to do. That's a gift that keeps on giving. I've been able to pay it forward (no no no, not by forwarding Dylan's materials!) by reflecting other people's values back to them and asking them good questions. We all help each other - and it works. Dylan's extended program of accountability and tracking is a godsend - I have made so much more progress as a result. I am not just a clearer and more focused individual after my work with Dylan; I am a better person overall.

I've been taking cuddle sessions with Kristi for about 3 months bi-weekly as of this review. And I…read morewill say, she is a fantastic cuddler! Her cuddling space is warm and welcoming. Every session, Kristi makes it clear that we agree to respect each others boundaries and encourages communication to make sure that my needs are met during our session. From there, she asks what kind of cuddling positions or exercises I'd like to do. It took communication and several sessions to find out what works well for me. She even has a book full of cuddle positions if I'm not sure or want to try something new. I prefer to start with a deep breathing exercise. Then I usually go for the "head on chest" cuddle position or spooning. Lately, I've also asked Kristi to lay over top of me face down. That position really helps to relieve tension. While we are cuddling, I am free to tell Kristi whatever is on my mind. She is nonjudgmental and makes me feel welcome and safe to let out my inner ramblings. Kristi can talk your ear off too, but ask her be more of a listener and she will respect your wishes. With this past year feeling quite lonely and tough due to the pandemic, it's been a blessing to have someone to cuddle and talk with regularly. I leave each session feeling a warm glow in my soul, an inner calmness and a clear head. My housemates have even mentioned how much I'm glowing when I come home from a session. If you're feeling touch starved or just feel like cuddling and maybe don't know who to go to for your cuddling needs, I highly recommend Kristi's services!

That started my on my journey to find what would work, as I knew that what I was creating in my life was a result of my childhood programing. So when I found Anita's ad through an internet search, I was doubtful, but willing to try. My goal was to move forward in my life with dreams that had lived in my heart for decades but just could not work on them because the beliefs about myself were so deep, they felt as if they were in my DNA. I was elated and stunned when after the first session I was able to start my work to reach my goals. Previously, I literally felt sick to my stomach when I thought about doing the work. After three sessions, I have a regular schedule working on my goals and enjoy the work! I have been in some type of therapy for 4 decades and nothing really shifted the beliefs that were under my self confident exterior. Even though I had earned multiple degrees and was successful in many areas, the belief that I was a "joke" and it would be dangerous to do anything that would bring attention to me, drove my choices, I never, ever felt good enough. Now I do and I cannot thank Anita enough. I don't understand how it works, but it works!

They've performed for the president, in musical theater and opera companies throughout their careers, in addition to choir directing. Having grown up around wonderful singers (and understanding how they become that way), my husband sat in on our daughter's first lesson with Julie just to see if we would sign on. He was blown away! He was amazed that this level of talent and expertise in teaching exists "just around the corner." My teenage daughter needed more command of her voice as the lead singer in a band. In just one lesson, Julie totally transformed my daughter's voice, and quickly gave her the tools she needed to access her potential. What were once impossible notes to hit, are now easily obtained. I am not exaggerating. At first, we were surprised at how much voice lessons cost, but signing up for 4 (instead of paying as you go) is a steal. You typically get what you pay for, but in this instant we are paying far below the level of instruction. In another city (like New York), we couldn't afford Julie's expertise. I highly recommend her--especially for teens. She made my daughter feel empowered, comfortable, and in control of her voice.
