It is a real pleasure to write this review for Dylan. He is really onto something big with this…read moremethod and approach to coaching. First off, he is not evangelical by any means. He is not out to fix you, he is not out to show you something UH-MAY-ZING that only HE just discovered, any kind of bullsh** like that. He's just a guy who's been through stuff like all of us, but he offers a strong optimism and focus that I have not witnessed with other coaches or programs. Covid left my life in tatters and the bright side was probably that there was no way to go but up. However, up could mean many different things, and I wanted to get things right due to lost time and my general OCD tendencies. A close college friend introduced me to Dylan and away we went. I didn't feel lost, but I just didn't have good direction. Who was I after the pandemic? Who had I always been? A romantic breakup didn't help things - I needed a great coach, and that great coach became Dylan. Working with Dylan was empowering: I felt like I was showing up for myself. He never made me feel like he was doing me a favor; he never acted like an armed forces superior; he never got annoyed, angry or pushy - he just listened, reflected, and was patient in everything we did. He's plenty humorous too - we had great laughs about everything under the sun. He voices a lot of the negative phrases we tell ourselves in the deep crevices in our minds - because he's been there, not because he's Buddha - there's a difference. His modules are also fantastic - they are agnostic as to anything subjective such as religion or politics - they are simple, English-language modules that are focused on the self, the brain, and your mission in life. However, don't let this simplicity fool you: they reach deep inside you and extract what you've been wanting to extract: your values, your mission, and your purpose. They are not, nor do they promise to be one-stop fixes - I have been through the modules a few times - I always uncover something new. Dylan doesn't consider this module repetition as any kind of failure or shortcoming: in fact, he encourages it. We are always changing - why not use the same methods to uncover new information? I did, and it worked (and still works) every time. On a banal, but still necessary level, I know myself more after working with Dylan. I have more material for cover letters and interviews. I am more confident in what I say at networking functions. But you and I both know that it doesn't stop there, right? Right. I know what my place is in the world, and maybe, what I am meant to do. That's a gift that keeps on giving. I've been able to pay it forward (no no no, not by forwarding Dylan's materials!) by reflecting other people's values back to them and asking them good questions. We all help each other - and it works. Dylan's extended program of accountability and tracking is a godsend - I have made so much more progress as a result. I am not just a clearer and more focused individual after my work with Dylan; I am a better person overall.

I met with the VP of "Texas Headquarter for Employment" aka T.H.E and he informed me during our…read moreinterview that there is a fee I would be paying for their "employment services". This caught me by surprise because it directly contradicted the information given when they made first contacted me, when I specifically asked them if it was the employee or the employer who pays them for their services? From my experiences in the past and as an actual employer who hired several head hunters and employee locating services to find qualified key personnel, it was the employer who always payed. Upon researching it further I found many other job seekers who had also experienced T.H.E. and their deceptive recruiting practice, who have likewise turned and ran once discovering it was not so much about helping them as it was a well rehearsed sales pitch geared toward squeezing out a $5000+ fee from an often desperate unemployed job seeker for the dream of landing a high salaried position, for which T.H.E. claims to have some special insider connection for getting them hired. I agree with the other reviews and I too believe that if they were doing what they claim to be doing, placing thousands of professionals in high paying positions, then there would be ample employer fees to net an honest profit to more then meet their operational goals? T.H.E has now lost my trust and my business by being deceptive right out the gate and not at all upfront regarding their fees. Which if I had known about beforehand, I would not have wasted my time today. I'm just glad I wasn't foolish enough to give them $5000 and by having not, I consider myself one of the lucky ones!

I just got off the phone with this company and have a meeting set up for tomorrow, which I will be cancelling as soon as I receive my confirmation email. The entire time on the phone, my gut was telling me this was a scam, but I listened. Not that this company had a chance of getting a dime out of me, thank you Yelp for helping me not waste my time going to their office. BTW - all of their Google/FB/etc reviews are stellar... too stellar. huge red flag.

About a week later, I was put in touch with one of their "senior-level writers" who called me for a brief interview. Although I had shared both a long-form and short form version of my current resume in addition to my LinkedIn profile, it was clear that my resume writer had not reviewed anything at all before our conversation. While she was very personable, she struggled to understand basic technical terms and concepts and could not offer any appreciable advice on what she expected to improve, but I decided to try and trust the process. About 15 days after paying for services, I received my first draft which was simply a typographical reformat of my existing resume riddled with broken English, misspelled words, and poor grammar. The writer had simply cut and pasted the bullets I'd written together, while attempting to cut out random words to make sentences shorter. The resulting product was nonsensical, shoddy, and embarrassing in every sense of the word. I took a few days to reflect on the best path forward, then contacted the company to explain that it was clear they were not headed in the right direction. I explained that I thought it would be fair to offer partial payment for time already expended, but did not wish to continue with my writer. I was immediately put in contact with the company president Jeremy who spent the next month exchanging emails with me about all the things he was doing to fix the situation, going as far as to personally rewrite my resume himself. Over the 12 emails we exchanged during that month, I continuously asked to see the file he was creating, but he continued to brush me off and produced excuse after excuse. Finally, after receiving no files, no drafts, not even a snipped of text from Jeremy, he told me to keep in touch on my results and stopped responding entirely. Literally. Never. Received. A Resume. I have now contacted the company dozens of times requesting status updates, asking about my LinkedIn review, and literally begging for anyone to explain or engage about actually delivering on any of the things I paid for. I have lost 50 days of my time trying to get the service I paid for, and now I am being completely ghosted, and have resorted to writing my resume myself. Avoid this company like the plague, check the other reviews here on yelp, don't get scammed.

She's very responsive, easy to talk to, and has a genuine interest in seeing her clients get better. She's keenly observant and adept at connecting the dots. Her judgment is sound. The process she applied was CBT, which is an interactive and challenging treatment. But she never pushed too hard, and made sure I was okay with the pace. She guided me to my own rational conclusions, and knew just when to tell me something I needed to hear. I found myself looking forward to the collaboration. We identified practical exercises to keep me from backsliding into the proverbial abyss. They're working for me. I feel fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Kaitlan, and I'll definitely return if I want to work on other areas. If you're considering seeing her, I believe you will see good results if you put in your share of the effort.

I read the books on my own and I worked through them on my own as I had a hard time connecting with with Dr. Gibbins in a remote setting. When I asked for an in-person meeting, she defined and said she was not taking them, which is understandable but I was surprised our sessions ended with no referrals or help to find someone in her place. When I asked her for a referral she offered no suggestions and no help at all. She provided no help or assistance. This action made it very clear that Dr. Gibbins is really not there to help me. Nor does she really care about me as her patient because a caring human therapist would have followed through with a referral if they really cared. Especially when the therapist is aware of what you are working through. I would not recommend Dr. Gibbins if you have severe trauma as I think she needs more experience based on my experience with her. Maybe she is just lazy and didn't feel like helping me her patient....either way not a good experience.
