I had purchased a Groupon and called to make an appointment, receptionist indicated that she was going to give me the same services I had received in my previous visit over a year ago, when I get there, after a long wait, they inform me that they would not honor the Groupon and asked to pay even more for my facial. The place was nice & the room where I got my teeth whitening was comfortable & cozy. However, my…read morepersonal opinion about teeth whitening is: I don't recommend it. I just got mine done here today. When the gel accidentally falls on your gums, which is inevitable, it BURNS SO BAD. Immediately after finishing, my teeth were so painfully sensitive. Just air hitting my teeth made me double over in pain & almost cry. Wish I hadn't done it, not worth this horrible tooth pain. I don't notice a huge difference, it's minimal. I should have stuck to safe home remedies for whitening, like coconut oil pulling, tumeric, baking soda, etc.

Flash forward more than a month later, called them, no calls back. I don't know how they were keeping track of their customers but it was clear they didn't care whether they keep their any of their formally loyal customers. She needed multiple reminders to increase pressure from "medium" to between medium and deep tissue. At one point I told her I was going to get up and leave if she was unable to give me the massage I paid for, then she paid more attention to my request for more pressure. She stopped at 1155am. No attention at all to feet, scalp, face which in my 50 years of getting massages is fairly routine. Feet have never been skipped before on a massage. I usually tip well but today I couldn't find a reason to tip for service. I won't be seeing Berta again when I go back. Bad attitude, bad service.
