    Donna is wonderful, everyone is super nice. Parking is a little weird but it's not bad. I wish the ability to pay rent was opened sooner

The grounds are beautiful, the amenities are great, and the community itself is quiet and well-kept. Neighbors are friendly, and it's been a peaceful place to come home to. Luis in the office and Kevin in maintenance are absolute gems. Both are quick to respond, genuinely kind, and take the time to get to know residents. The few issues upon move in that I've brought up have been handled promptly and with a positive attitude, which makes a big difference when settling into a new home. That said, I did have a concerning experience when reporting a potential electrical hazard and mold issue. As required by the California mold addendum (and just basic common sense), I called the office immediately to report it. Unfortunately, Maurace, whoever he is, was dismissive, repeatedly cut me off, didn't take the time to understand the issue or ensure it was properly addressed, and abruptly told me he was ending the call. That kind of response is not acceptable, especially when residents are raising potential health and safety concerns in our own HOMES. No one should feel like an inconvenience for reporting something that could impact their safety and well-being. Maurace, I see you are the one responding to these reviews, so I genuinely hope you take this feedback seriously and reconsider how you speak to residents. This wouldn't be acceptable at any rent level, but it's especially disappointing in a luxury apartment community where rent is well over $3,000 per month. I'm hopeful this was an isolated experience, because the rest of the team, especially Luis and Kevin, have set a much higher standard for what resident care should look like.     Stay away from Fiori!! Back in April, a friend took me to Fiori as I needed a new apartment. My…read moregrandson was in the ICU and it was a very stressful time. There was an apartment I was interested in. My friend was going to co-sign for me but there was a lot to get together first. They said I could put a $300 deposit down to hold the apartment, this was not a security deposit as it was just to hold it. In order to do so, I had to go through an online portal to start applying. I ended up in Maurice's office with my friend and the system was down. I could not leave my deposit to hold it then. Eventually, at home, I was able to pay the application fees plus the $300 holding deposit for the apartment. I paid with my own credit card for all fees. Not one dollar was paid by the potential co-signer. The process to get approved took a long time and my co-signer was not approved. That led to stress with the potential co-signer and loss of communication. It is now Mid July and I still don't have my deposit back!! I have made around 10 phone calls to the office and to Greystar. The office would tell me I had to call Greystar, and Greystar would tell me the office had to fix it. I called so many phone numbers given to me with no results, including the regional manager at Greystar who never called me back. They insisted on sending half the deposit to my name and half to the co-signers name, who no one could reach. They refused to pay me back for the deposit alone, as I paid for it with my own card and money!! I could not deposit a check with my potential co-signers name on it, who wasn't even a co-signer as she wasn't approved. The office staff became rude. Maurice was awful to me, threatening to hang up (which I see in the reviews I'm not the only one). He was throwing a California law at me which was never ever said to me by one single person all these months and phone calls. The fact is that law doesn't apply to me as I was never a tennant, my co-signer was not approved, this was just a deposit to hold the apartment for a short time. There was no compassion for what I went through. There was defense, argument, and rudeness towards me. I was gaslit and treated horribly. They have given me the run around and I still don't have my deposit back. This is not ok and the stress has been unacceptable. The customer service is absolutely awful!! I don't understand how they can keep this management and run their business this way. I wasn't even ever a tennant, thankfully!! I was in tears to the Fiori manager Maurice earlier this week. I was being told more run around information. I hoped for this to be finished by now, yet I still don't have my deposit back. Again, I was never a tennant and this is flat out immoral and wrong!! Someone needs to be fired and the system needs revision. Please don't respond to this review asking me to call again. Just give me my money back now!! Thank you!!

We lived there for 3(three) years…read more The manager, Jenna, is only good for public relations, she doesn't know how to do her job properly, and this is one of the reasons that the apartments are "overpriced huts". All the times that we had some problems, she confirmed that they would fix the problems, but in reality, they did not have done proper repairs and maintenance for the simple reason that they did not care. They are there only to collect the rent fees. The maintenance staff is quick to come "to fix any problem" but in reality, they put "band aids" so there is accumulation and increase of the problems. The apartment that we lived in, had signs of mold and silverfish, and any time that we mentioned this problem to maintenance personnel and more specifically to Jorge he said to us to clean the walls with cleaning solutions against the mold, and to throw away the silverfish from the light of the ceiling. If this is not ridiculous, disrespectful and unprofessional, the neglect of maintenance of the building is for sure. The result was two times, the dirty water from the washing machines from the apartments vertically above us to run and to fill in our apartment from the washing machine drain pipe. Water filled the floor and of course these things happened after hours, we had to wait for maintenance to arrive to do something to fix it. Meanwhile our home became flooded with dirty water. In addition, there was mold in many parts of the apartment that we were trying to clean. Both me and my wife are asthmatic, we mentioned this problem to manager Jenna, but "fall on deaf ears". The bathroom was another issue, constantly problems with the sink and the toilet. We were lucky compared to some other neighbors who had sewer back up in their apartment. As regards the external broad area of the housing community, every night there were visits of transients, dealers, and "dumpster-divers", In simple words, it is an overpriced dumpster. Stay far away and save your money.

    I really want to give Kiyomi a big THANK YOU! From the…read moremoment I walked into the office she's been such a HUGE help! I am a very picky detailed person. I took two tours one myself and the other with my husband. She was so helpful and tired to give us everything we wanted in the apartment. I constantly emailed her with questions and she always replied quickly. Very great to work with! I also had a great experience with Ashley, she was quick, friendly, and super nice to work with. again having soooo many questions and constantly changing our mind about things they were always happy to help! It was such an easy process!

    Just overall the place has gone downhill since we moved in 4 years ago. Laundry facilities if…read moremachines worked, was old and always dirty. Tenants were slobs leaving clothes everywhere. They say they were a no smoking place, but in the last 6 months you can see cigarette butts everywhere. Clearly rules meant nothing. The "onsite" security I saw 1 time in for years. The new landscaping they put in was horribly done. The staff in the office seemed clueless all the time. Or too busy to get off their personal cell phone calls. However the maintenance guys were all great & helpful. The less than desirable tenants that have moved in and the recent increase in law enforcement on site making the place seem ghetto was the final thing to make us move. For the amount of money they charge, they need to do some serious updating and put in stackable washer & dryers in the units. We couldn't be happier to be out of there.
