I've been living at Fiori Estates for about a month now, and overall, my experience has been positive, with one exception. The grounds are beautiful, the amenities are great, and the community itself is quiet and well-kept. Neighbors are friendly, and it's been a peaceful place to come home to. Luis in the office and Kevin in maintenance are absolute gems. Both are quick to respond, genuinely kind, and take the time to get to know residents. The few issues upon move in that I've brought up have been handled promptly and with a positive attitude, which makes a big difference when settling into a new home. That said, I did have a concerning experience when reporting a potential electrical hazard and mold issue. As required by the California mold addendum (and just basic common sense), I called the office immediately to report it. Unfortunately, Maurace, whoever he is, was dismissive, repeatedly cut me off, didn't take the time to understand the issue or ensure it was properly addressed, and abruptly told me he was ending the call. That kind of response is not acceptable, especially when residents are raising potential health and safety concerns in our own HOMES. No one should feel like an inconvenience for reporting something that could impact their safety and well-being. Maurace, I see you are the one responding to these reviews, so I genuinely hope you take this feedback seriously and reconsider how you speak to residents. This wouldn't be acceptable at any rent level, but it's especially disappointing in a luxury apartment community where rent is well over $3,000 per month. I'm hopeful this was an isolated experience, because the rest of the team, especially Luis and Kevin, have set a much higher standard for what resident care should look like. Fiori Estates - Balcony views - Apartments Near Me - Rohnert Park, California

Stay away from Fiori!! Back in April, a friend took me to Fiori as I needed a new apartment. My grandson was in the ICU and it was a very stressful time. There was an apartment I was interested in. My friend was going to co-sign for me but there was a lot to get together first. They said I could put a $300 deposit down to hold the apartment, this was not a security deposit as it was just to hold it. In order to do so, I had to go through an online portal to start applying. I ended up in Maurice's office with my friend and the system was down. I could not leave my deposit to hold it then. Eventually, at home, I was able to pay the application fees plus the $300 holding deposit for the apartment. I paid with my own credit card for all fees. Not one dollar was paid by the potential co-signer. The process to get approved took a long time and my co-signer was not approved. That led to stress with the potential co-signer and loss of communication. It is now Mid July and I still don't have my deposit back!! I have made around 10 phone calls to the office and to Greystar. The office would tell me I had to call Greystar, and Greystar would tell me the office had to fix it. I called so many phone numbers given to me with no results, including the regional manager at Greystar who never called me back. They insisted on sending half the deposit to my name and half to the co-signers name, who no one could reach. They refused to pay me back for the deposit alone, as I paid for it with my own card and money!! I could not deposit a check with my potential co-signers name on it, who wasn't even a co-signer as she wasn't approved. The office staff became rude. Maurice was awful to me, threatening to hang up (which I see in the reviews I'm not the only one). He was throwing a California law at me which was never ever said to me by one single person all these months and phone calls. The fact is that law doesn't apply to me as I was never a tennant, my co-signer was not approved, this was just a deposit to hold the apartment for a short time. There was no compassion for what I went through. There was defense, argument, and rudeness towards me. I was gaslit and treated horribly. They have given me the run around and I still don't have my deposit back. This is not ok and the stress has been unacceptable. The customer service is absolutely awful!! I don't understand how they can keep this management and run their business this way. I wasn't even ever a tennant, thankfully!! I was in tears to the Fiori manager Maurice earlier this week. I was being told more run around information. I hoped for this to be finished by now, yet I still don't have my deposit back. Again, I was never a tennant and this is flat out immoral and wrong!! For such a large complex, they only have maybe a dozen (at most) guest parking spots. 9 times out of 10, they are taken by residents and not actually available for a guest to use. Management is aware and has done nothing to help with the problem. The lack of communication with them is extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this complex. read more

Avoid this place it has employees spying on the residents all the time. The management does not follow the personal privacy laws in California. Fiori Estates uses it's "secure" wifi system to invade inside peoples homes. They also commit steal your new credit card information and apply it to your bill. Illegal, please stay away. I was evicted because Fiori Estates didn't like my liberal state of mind. Nothing more. I can prove it. Fiori Estates had me arrested and put in jail for a misdemeaner. I was held over 12 hours. Forced out in my jammies, with slippers, no money, a phone that didn't work, and an old id. I was manhandled and the management just laughed and smiles as they insisted I go to county jail with nothing. I still am not getting my medical and basic needs from my apartment for over a week. Hands down, the worst place to rent from. We were there 9 years and it was the worst rental experience ever!!! If you want to keep your sanity, run as far away from this place as you can get! We would have been gone after the first year, but we got locked in with an expensive car payment for 8 years-then when it was paid for, it got stolen-from right in front of our apartment, at around 2:30am! Dear! I am a resident of the FIORE ESTATES condominium who wants to share the terrible experience I had on Saturday (June 22nd - 2:40 pm) in the presence of my wife and son (9 years old) in which I felt humiliated, disrespected and worst of all, in front of several (approximately 60) people. The FIORE ESTATES condominium was promoting an event for residents, which I didn't know about and I prepared to have lunch (barbecue) in the pool area with my family. Upon arriving at the pool about (2:40 pm) I saw the event and was informed that I could only use a barbecue after 3:30 pm due to the event being held and the space being freed up. I left all the preparation for the barbecue on the floor (meat, salads, appetizers and drinks) and agreed and respected waiting until the end so I could use the space without any problems. While I was waiting to be able to use the space, the main Menager (I don't know his name) of the condominium came to me in a not very pleasant way and informed me that the consumption of drinks in glass bottles was prohibited in the pool area and I understood and respected because I returned to my apartment with the cooler and emptied the glass claws and left the liquid in plastic bottles. Upon returning to the pool area, following the guidance of the Main Manager, he changed the entire situation and informed me that it was a family event and the consumption of alcoholic beverages was prohibited and that if I didn't remove it, he would do it himself, so in front of him I threw all the drink outside and I left the empty plastic bottles in the container and only soda and juice. He very rudely said that I was not allowed to be there with any type of drink even though he saw that it was soda and juice and told me to take the container out of the pool area and I said that I would not leave as there was no alcohol.The problem was not the dinks, it was personal because we observed and have proof that at the party both he and the guests were drinking alcohol. He then very aggressively took the cooler with the soda and juice from my hand and said that if I didn't take it away he would take it away and I said I wouldn't take it away because I answered and threw the alcoholic drink away so he's his wife screaming in front of more than 60 people he told us to leave the pool area that he was the Menager and was in charge there and that if we didn't leave he could make sure that in three days we would be out of the condominium everyone saw it but here there is only the manager's team and whatever the manager wants to do so he said if we didn't leave he would call the police. My very scared son started crying and my wife and I were totally embarrassed and embarrassed by the whole situation (it can be seen on the pool cameras) because Menager's wife shouting told my wife to sit down as if my wife couldn't even stand and I Calming my son because he was scared when he changed, he took the cooler from my hand and took it out of the pool area and called the police. When the police arrived (Martin / Hamade/ Falante) we explained everything that happened and I showed them the empty bottles without any type of alcoholic beverage and the worst of all is the shame and embarrassment in front of more than 60 people. After the police left and my wife and son were calm, we saw and have a photo that there were glass claws on a table (I don't know if it was alcohol) and we also noticed that there were beer cans with alcohol (I have photos and video) including being consumed by Menager at the family event. I would like to understand why I couldn't consume it because there was beer for the guests. I ask that some exception be made as the humiliation and embarrassment that my family and I encountered in front of more than 60 people having to accidentally tell the police that we did nothing wrong was very sad for our Saturday lunch. I am at your disposal for any clarification and if you need me I have photos and videos of the selected drinks open and I ask that you please check the cameras in the pool area near the barbecue (14:40: 15:20) and you will see our embarrassment and I ask that some action be taken. read more

We have been residents for a year and didn't renew our lease. We really didn't like some managers, smoking all around the complex and thin walls. People do smoke wherever they want even that it's a non-smoking complex. We saw people smoking on their balconies, sharing hall, and on the property. Walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors from everywhere ( side and downstairs ) pretty well. Some of the managers can be passive-aggressive via email and it's very uncomfortable. The outdoor areas look very clean and I really liked the high ceilings in every apartment. Overall the place looks nice with all the amenities they have and has a great location right near Costco, it's gated all around so feels pretty safe. I would give it 3,5 stars if I could. read more

The only thing this place can do to improve, is to fire the current management team. We have never dealt with such poor customer service as a management office and Greystar properties as a whole. We lived here for a year and it was the worst year of our lives. One of our cars was damaged by Fiori staff. (Never reimbursed for repairs ) . The manager is absolutely hands down the worst (manager) lack there of , that we have ever had to deal with. He is all about breaking all the rules and allowing all His girlfriends to park in any open spot but if a resident (me) at 3200 a month for a 2 bedroom parks in a guest spot to reserve for a guest that's a notice to tow. When we asked for phone numbers for the corporate office to file complaints we were never given the information and were locked out of the office and made to think they felt threatened even though I walk with a cane and he had a criminal background of violence ( so scared ) After our walkthrough with the maintenance manager and him reassuring us that there were no damages and that we would NOT BE CHARGED FOR ANYTHING. and that they would be painting anyway as they should have prior to us moving in the year before . We expected our full deposit returned . After the 21 days passed and we still could not get anyone at Graystar to return our call or emails. They kept our entire 1200 deposit and charged us an additional 14. Bucks, This place is a scam stay away and be warned the managers cronies are all about making everything seem LUXURY when in fact there Cheap all together with cheap materials and held together with caulking and duct tape. The parking situation is the worst ever with zero parking for any guests or residents. There is no organization to who they rent to or how many people they allow in one apartment. The dog park is not kept clean and one of our pups got sick. We cannot express enough the amount of current unhappy residents at this complex. I've lived here for a few weeks and maintenance has 24 hour turn around, very quiet units and one of the best places I've lived!

Fiori Estates has a lot of amenities and the interiors are nice. The staff is generally responsive and helpful, however, I have a lot of complaints about my experience at Fiori Estates. 1. This place has plumbing problems! My toilet, bathroom sink, and bathtub all clogged very easily and couldn't be fixed with drano. The apartment next to me had a huge leak and leaked a bunch of water into my apartment. Maintenance was helpful, but it completely soaked my rug in what was probably sewage water (gross). 2. I'm still waiting for my deposit back and it's been over a month (which is against CA law. They have 21 days to return it). 3. The package lockers are terrible. Never get packages delivered in December if you can help it. Otherwise good luck finding them. 4. If you work from home like me the maintenance people are super loud and it makes it near impossible to focus. 5. They keep raising the rent to ridiculous prices for what you get. Greystar owns the nearby apartments as well so they can price gouge as much as they want. read more

This apartment community is BEAUTIFUL! My husband and I have lived her almost a year and where some of the first to move onto this brand new property! We have a beautiful salt water heated pool that is always super clean and sparkling, the gas grills by the pool are huge and easy to use and they clean them daily! The property is always spotless and the grounds are nicely landscaped and well taken care of. We can easily pay our rent online, and all or our friends love visiting us and even laying in a hammock in the Zen hammock garden! We love our hardwood like flooring and our beautiful corner unit that has a great view. I have also NEVER found one bug in our apartment! Not even one spider which for me is very important!! We highly recommend this community! YES I do work in the office, but was a resident before I worked here and stand behind my review 100%. I'm very happy here! read more

Don't expect a call back, don't expect the staff to help when you place a resident request. Package room is a joke, we've had two packages stolen. Good luck fighting with 4 other people to get your own mail. Maybe the staff could do something instead of drive around on the golf cart all day. The staff at Fiori and the company itself make it impossible to enjoy living here. I will not be renewing my lease. I have been a resident for a little over a year now, and recently renewed my lease for another year because I'm so happy here! The office staff are amazing! Ashley and Clara are very competent, helpful, informative, and friendly. Fiori Estates is a dog friendly community, and I have met and made many friends just being here a year. The amenities are so nice, large clubhouse with computers. gym, pool/game room, extremely large salt water pool, and hot tub. Also a very large BBQ area, and fireplace. Fiori Estates is really clean, and the outdoor areas have a gardener every week. The maintenance staff is wonderful, if you have an issue, they are on top of it. I believe all the complainers either did not read their lease thoroughly, or just think they can break rules. Rules are put in place for a reason people! My husband and I moved here after we lost our home in the Tubbs fire. The only available apartment was a one bedroom and we took it without seeing it. We are now moving to a two bedroom which became available. We are on the third floor, enjoy the high ceilings and the quiet. The property is very well maintained. The staff, Clara and Ashley, are very responsive and are a pleasure to work with. We haven't lived in an apartment setting for over 27 years and are enjoying the experience. I'd rate it a 5 if the common clubhouse was open longer hours especially on the weekends although the gym is 24/7. Fiori Estates is a clean, safe and a diverse community. All age groups and close to everything. I feel like it is as close as home as it can be! read more

Overall, an average experience. With how nice the facilities are, I had hoped that the management would match. However, selective enforcement of lease terms has made it clear to me that you can really do whatever you want without fear of repercussions, thereby allowing behaviors prohibited in the lease. One example of this is large commercial vehicles parked on property, even when the lease clearly states that you are not to park commercial vehicles on property. However, the property management has decided that if the vehicle is your "primary vehicle" you're exempt from this term! So good news, if you want to live here but are concerned with your commercial, don't fret! Management will turn a blind eye. Further, while a non-smoking complex on paper, I have encountered multiple residents smoking on-property, be it cigarettes or something else. In fact, on more that one occasion I have caught someone "hotboxing" their car in the spaces near mine. And when I've called security, by the time they arrive the smoker is gone and there's nothing they can do. I have no complaints on the apartment. It's nice (though you are certainly paying for the elevated nature) and I feel safe enough. I am just disappointed in the way management refuses to enforce their own lease terms, thereby lowering my quality of life while residing here. read more

Just moved up to Rohnert Park recently and my wife and I are both commuters. Having lived in Silicon Valley for a time we were used to extraordinary rent prices. Fiori Estates was actually a lot less than what we were paying considering the amenities and quality of what we were getting. What attracted us to Fiori Estates was convenience, relatively peaceful area, and friendly tenants overall. Both my wife and I have lived and worked in areas where gunshots were a regular event (I work in public safety and she works in the medical field). Living here is like a breath of fresh air (literally). I'm not saying it's perfect. There have been a few occasions where public safety has been called. An understandable occurrence especially in an apartment complex, albeit luxury. There was even an instance where some bicycles were stolen but management did notify the tenants of the occurrence. I have seen a private security patrol in and around the complex as well, but I'm not certain of their schedule. As far as physical security goes, the complex feels safe, is well lit, and I would hope that the tenants would look out for one another in some sort of Neighborhood Watch fashion. People that we have met have been friendly and relatively polite, but overall it seems like there are lot of commuters that literally just work and come home to relax and not really socialize, which is fine and understandable. The public areas like the pool and clubhouse are well kept and it never seems too busy or crowded. Even the gym, which I think is open 24/7 is kept clean and is never packed. Great for that "can't sleep" 3am workout. The apartments are relatively quiet except for the occasional weekend get-together. There were some loud parties but they died down at the typical time (around 1am). I work a graveyard shift (6pm to 6am) so most of the time I'm dead to the world during the days and up all night, so I keep an eye out for craziness and evildoers. =P There are a couple of things that kinda annoy me. 1) The cost of the garbage service, especially since it increased. I understand the valet service. I get it. I put my garbage out by a certain time and bring the can in before morning. Check. The fact that they don't pick up on weekends vexes me. I also wish there was an "opt-out" option where I don't have to pay for the valet part since I can just walk my trash easily to the dumpster. Maybe it will be an option in the future. 2) My wife and I both order a ton of stuff from Amazon and I like the Luxer mail lockers and their convenience, but on (2) two occasions now, our stuff in the lockers has been missing, probably picked up by another tenant who didn't read the name the package was delivered to. This is irritating to all hell. Not sure how to fix this problem really other than address the issue to management. Anywho, TL;DR I give Fiori a 4 star rating since I dinged them on (2) two issues that are continuous. Besides these issues, I think it's a great commuter place to live. Worst apartment that I had lived in. There is no parking for guests and they tow cars when guests try to park somewhere. They are very strict on everything that makes living here worst. They accused me OF leaving some boxes outside The Door for trash pick UP which I didnt do. But I didnt See something BAD about leaving empty folded boxes. The trash Guy always files a complaint abs very picky. The management accuses you of doing things which you have not done or aware of. Manager insisted that I have 2 dogs and I need to pay deposit for the second dog and additional $35 monthly for the pet fee. I did not want yo pay her because I do Not have a second dog. This argument lasted for months until they took of the incorrect charges. Maintenance does not respond to emergency, it takes a week to get something fixed. My son's bike and penny boards were stolen because the management leaves the gates open when the place should be gated. The place was once infested by swallows and there were bird poop all over the Community. The dog park is also infested with ticks. My car was vandalized. Somebody wrote obscene words on my car, broke the fog light, navigation and made a lot scratches. My packages are always lost when the courier delivers it to their office. There were tracking confirmations that the Office signed To confirm receipt. They probably are keeping my packages. I have posted some pictures as well. read more

Do not stay here! I have lived here for about two years and recently moved out due to work relocation. When I went to the front desk asking about my fees they advised me I had to pay $5100 for the penalty fee plus one months rent which I was happy to pay it because I was breaking my contract. When I try to go online to make the payment the site was not working so I decided to go to the front desk. The lady in the front desk told me that if it wasn't working all I had to do was type in the amount and make the payment. I try to do as she suggested and the system or not take my payment because the amount I owed was zero. I now call and I was told by Claire in the front office that I would have to pay that plus another month of rent. Not only was she not sympathetic but she was rude as hell. 17 Year resident of Sonoma County and this is the finest place we've been a part of. The Property is impeccably maintained, the appearance is brand new in every regard. The Management and Maintenance personnel are both responsive and pleasant. The amenities are well beyond what any gym membership could be, they're far more private and less crowded. Electronic lockers to receive your deliveries 24/7. They regularly hold catered affairs that offer a low key environment in which to meet your neighbors if you so choose. The place was not well taken care of. Dirty and birds and bird droppings everywhere. They had the pool shut down by the health department for bird droppings, that is the only reason they did anything at all. Pool and hot tub were closed for two months and no update or concessions were made. Doors are so heavy and slam constantly. They messed up my parking spot and I had to tow someone and no one ever apologized but made excuses instead. They will never give you a deposit back and charged me a medium cleaning when I worked for days and left it better than when I moved in! The worst place to live ever!! Do not rent here! It's party central and the management is beyond unprofessional! They will hang up on you if you have any concern! I lived here for over a year and nothing but DRAMA! They rent to anyone just to get them in! Loud noise, cops coming every night, not safe, my car got broken into the first week I was there and it went downhill from there. The noise and the loud complaints constantly. People complaining and getting harassed non stop but the management does NOTHING! For the money you expect a certain level of quality and it's not!! If you ask for corporates number they won't give it to you! Way too many students and partying going on all night. Fights break out left and right. Not a safe environment especially if you have kids. The hot tub is always down and the pool parties are so out of control you can hear it from all the surrounding buildings. It's a revolving door and hope this helps prevent anyone else to move into a disaster. Looks great on the outside...until you move in. Even out of the gate when my boyfriend and I moved in, the girl we rented from lost our cashiers check and gave us wrong parking spots so he got towed the second day we moved in and they called us saying we were going to get evicted after we paid prorated rent for that month and for the entire month following...but the girl lost our cashiers check and then found it in our file?? Super disorganized and super dissatisfied and disappointed. For the money we paid in rent we got nothing but drama here along with everyone else who ended up moving out once their lease was up! This has been the worst apartment complex I've lived in. The management is totally hostile, and combative on every single issue you have. The Garbage-Busters think they run the place I have been ticketed for an offense written in ink by the guy! The actual Pool is great; when you are allowed to use it, and I hope you're not planning on bringing three guests. Deposit or no. The apartment complex, the entire thing had been infested with swallows a few months ago, and the birds have been carpet bombing the place more than the first weeks of the Iraq war, and my car had been getting devastated by the Swallows campaign because my car was next to an overhang they would use as a headquarters. I was fed up and went to speak with the management, and was told by that I could purchase a spot under the overhang. I said no thank you, I just would like to move my car away from the overhang. She insisted that was an impossibility, and I said ok I would like to talk this over with your manager. to which she replied "she is in meetings, I don't know when she will be out." I told her thats fine and would wait. I sat down and started a stopwatch on my phone... 20+ minutes later, unprompted by a telephone call or text the other manager informed me that her boss would be in meetings all day so she would see if she could help me out. The issue was resolved and I was able to move my car free of charge. When I moved out of the apartment complex I was charged an extra day because I turned in a THIRD set of keys that I had originally lost, and than had found during my move out. The move out date has to go till the day that all keys are turned in, so If the keys were turned in late that is they day that you are charged unitl." ME "Hello I've been recovering from my surgery so i probably slept through your call, sorry! See, that's where I am having the issue. About 6 months in I lost my keyfob and replaced it by paying 50 dollars for a new FOB. When i moved out i left two fobs, my mail key, and 2 house keys on my kitchen counter. I then later found my previously missing keyfob and decided it was the right thing to do to give it back to you guys. If i had said nothing and just kept the Key Fob i wouldn't have been charged that extra day. I don't understand why i am being penalized for returning a lost item in good faith. Thanks for you're help! " Customer Care Department "Hello, The community has to assume that if a key is not turned in that you are going to be entering the apartment again. All the keys that have been issued out to you have to be turned in to show that you have fully moved out. Since you did turn in the key you were not charged for a missing key fob." ME "So if i never found those lost keys in the first place i would not have been able to exit my lease? That is not a sufficient answer regarding my formerly lost keys. I don't see a $50 credit on my itemized bill. This has been the major problem with why i left the community, it seems to be extremely combative regarding trivial charges, i had to sit in the management office for over 30 minutes because C.X. (took her name out) refused to address my car or the swallows that infested the neighborhood. They wanted to charge me 35 dollars instead of moving my car away from the over hang. And only after i told her i would sit and wait for her manager, "who was in meetings all day" A.X. (took her name out, but don't recall it anyway) finally agreed to help me. On my lease i signed for 2 key fobs, 2 house keys, and a 1 mail key. When i left my apartment on the 27th, i left 2 key fobs, 2 house keys, and 1 mail key sitting on the counter. Why am i being charged an extra day? And at this point i would prefer we talk in text so there is a written record. When all the keys are given to us it shows that you are giving us full possession of the apartment. I do apologize that there were some issues with moving your car but those are charges that I can't do anything with now. The only way to communicate is but phone or email and email is the preferred method for record keeping reasons on both your part and ours." ME "Ma'am, My lease required 2 keys 1 mail key and 2 keyfobs to be returned by my date of departure. I complied with the terms of the lease. You are not being compliant by charging me for an extra day. Either I am refunded for the 50 dollar key fob, or credited the extra day I was charged plus the nonapplicable pet fee due to my being moved out. First off, my review on google got deleted, which is shady. Second, you can see that almost every positive review from yelp is from march 30th or 31st, and as other reviews have stated, there are reviews from people that work there as well as people that live there. This is the most mismanaged place I've ever worked at, and from what I can see now, they're actually deleting and hiding bad reviews. As another review said, the parking here is ridiculous, they grab money wherever they can, the write out bullshit fines for garbage. Did I mention that when we first moved in they rushed the apartment, so things like the water heater and garbage disposal weren't working properly. It took me a solid 2 years to find the perfect place to live for myself and my mother. I have to say our apartment is perfect for us. There are different floor plans to choose from so you can really get what works best for you. The amenities here are fantastic. Salt water pool and jacuzzi, nice gym, garbage pickup, clean and beautiful paths to walk. To date, anytime I've had a issue that needed to be addressed the management team Gina and Ashley had their maintenance team immediately work on and fix it. I've met and made some amazing friends here, for the most part people are really friendly. No place is perfect, but this has been the perfect place for us. read more
