We're happy with how everything worked out in the end, and I genuinely appreciate that they were willing to work with us. That said, I still wanted to leave a review because I think it's important for future tenants to know about our experience, especially since our former unit, 363, will soon be available. The apartment itself is very nice, but unfortunately, the issues we experienced during our stay ultimately led us to decide to break our lease. When we moved in, the apartment was given to us extremely dirty and required a lot of cleaning before we could really settle in. A cleaning company was eventually sent out, which we appreciated, but our frustration was that we had to bring the condition of the apartment to management's attention in the first place. Given the condition the apartment was in when we received the keys, it honestly did not seem like the unit had been properly walked through or inspected before our move-in. We also dealt with several maintenance issues throughout our stay. Management was upfront with us about being short-staffed, which I completely understood. My biggest frustration wasn't necessarily the staffing. It was the lack of communication and follow-through. There were times maintenance was scheduled and no one showed up, and we often had to reach out ourselves for updates. We also repeatedly had weed smoke coming into our apartment from a neighboring unit's balcony, even though this is a smoke-free community and smoking is not permitted on the property or on balconies. Management eventually told us they had figured out where it was coming from and dealt with it, but unfortunately, we continued smelling it afterward. By that point, we had already broken our lease and were in the process of moving, so we decided not to keep bringing it up since it felt like we were constantly nagging management at this point. Toward the end of our stay, we also noticed some slight leaking from the A/C. We didn't pursue the issue further since we were already moving out, but neighbors in our building told us that A/C leaking was a recurring issue, which is definitely something I would ask about before signing. Overall, I would encourage anyone considering renting here to look beyond the appearance of the apartment and ask questions about maintenance, communication, smoking enforcement, and any history of A/C or water issues. Just because the apartment is nice doesn't necessarily mean everything else about the living experience will be. These are things I wish we had known before signing. Again, I do appreciate management, specifically Rachelle, for working with us during our lease termination. We left with no hard feelings and really just want to give others a heads up about our experience.

Overall, an average experience. With how nice the facilities are, I had hoped that the management…read morewould match. However, selective enforcement of lease terms has made it clear to me that you can really do whatever you want without fear of repercussions, thereby allowing behaviors prohibited in the lease. One example of this is large commercial vehicles parked on property, even when the lease clearly states that you are not to park commercial vehicles on property. However, the property management has decided that if the vehicle is your "primary vehicle" you're exempt from this term! So good news, if you want to live here but are concerned with your commercial, don't fret! Management will turn a blind eye. Further, while a non-smoking complex on paper, I have encountered multiple residents smoking on-property, be it cigarettes or something else. In fact, on more that one occasion I have caught someone "hotboxing" their car in the spaces near mine. And when I've called security, by the time they arrive the smoker is gone and there's nothing they can do. I have no complaints on the apartment. It's nice (though you are certainly paying for the elevated nature) and I feel safe enough. I am just disappointed in the way management refuses to enforce their own lease terms, thereby lowering my quality of life while residing here.

After living here for several months now, I will update this review to say simply that the grounds…read moreare beautiful, Kevin and Luis do a great job, and it's generally a peaceful place to live, unless you have to deal with Becca or Maurace for anything at all. Apparently those two think unlawful entry is a way to conduct business around here - captured by my ring camera - and when I told her she did not have permission to enter my home, she kicked me out of the office. I would absolutely not recommend anyone move here.

This has been a great apartment complex to live in. Our personal experience from that housing facility was awful. We lived there for 3(three) years…read more The manager, Jenna, is only good for public relations, she doesn't know how to do her job properly, and this is one of the reasons that the apartments are "overpriced huts". All the times that we had some problems, she confirmed that they would fix the problems, but in reality, they did not have done proper repairs and maintenance for the simple reason that they did not care. They are there only to collect the rent fees. The maintenance staff is quick to come "to fix any problem" but in reality, they put "band aids" so there is accumulation and increase of the problems. The apartment that we lived in, had signs of mold and silverfish, and any time that we mentioned this problem to maintenance personnel and more specifically to Jorge he said to us to clean the walls with cleaning solutions against the mold, and to throw away the silverfish from the light of the ceiling. If this is not ridiculous, disrespectful and unprofessional, the neglect of maintenance of the building is for sure. The result was two times, the dirty water from the washing machines from the apartments vertically above us to run and to fill in our apartment from the washing machine drain pipe. Water filled the floor and of course these things happened after hours, we had to wait for maintenance to arrive to do something to fix it. Meanwhile our home became flooded with dirty water. In addition, there was mold in many parts of the apartment that we were trying to clean. Both me and my wife are asthmatic, we mentioned this problem to manager Jenna, but "fall on deaf ears". The bathroom was another issue, constantly problems with the sink and the toilet. We were lucky compared to some other neighbors who had sewer back up in their apartment. As regards the external broad area of the housing community, every night there were visits of transients, dealers, and "dumpster-divers", In simple words, it is an overpriced dumpster. Stay far away and save your money.

They say they were a no smoking place, but in the last 6 months you can see cigarette butts everywhere. Clearly rules meant nothing. The "onsite" security I saw 1 time in for years. The new landscaping they put in was horribly done. The staff in the office seemed clueless all the time. Or too busy to get off their personal cell phone calls. However the maintenance guys were all great & helpful. The less than desirable tenants that have moved in and the recent increase in law enforcement on site making the place seem ghetto was the final thing to make us move. For the amount of money they charge, they need to do some serious updating and put in stackable washer & dryers in the units. We couldn't be happier to be out of there.
