I then got no less than 10 phone calls saying "please give us a call so we can talk about your situation. Some called more than once. Lakeland Heating and Cooling (Jason) was nothing like that... $1270 flat rate to replace the water heater. Yes, thats how he replied in his email.. as I requested. They came out promptly and were extremely nice, professional and honest. They fixed everything quickly for a very reasonable price. The first company we called tried to, I assume, take advantage of the hot temperatures and gave us an astronomically high quote (7x higher than Air Source 1), which we declined. I can't recommend Air Source 1 enough. We will certainly be using them for any and all HVAC needs in the future!
