We took our boat cover to this business to see a tear could be patched. We were told no as the woman ripped it another 1-2". Price quoted to replace was excessive and would not work on our boat; We told her our cover has clips not snaps. Clearly visible as well. My suggestion to others - Check your boat warranty! The cover is usually covered for the lifetime of boat warranty. Ours is. Wilson Marine repaired our cover under warranty. Check your warranty before you blow $2000. read more

The purchase of the awning went well. Put 1/3 down. Picked out 2 choices of fabric. The installers were at our house within 3 weeks. They were very professional and did a great job. However, the fabric was not one that we picked out. I thought the installer was going to contact the store about that, but I guess not. 4 days later I called to make the final payment, and the store was not aware of the wrong material being installed. I was hoping that they would make it right or give us a discount. But I guess not. The only reason I am giving them a 3 rating was because of the wrong fabric being installed. If the right fabric would of been installed, they would of got a 5 star rating. So if you order an awning......make sure the right color choice is going to be installed. read more
