Of course I was upset, and yes, it affected my whole experience. And then they added automatic 20% service charge. For what kind of service, please? Because what we received did not match that at all. Now, let me be fair, the staff themselves were nice, no issue there. My problem is the food experience. But once you understand it is a lounge, honestly, the food will not even matter once alcohol enters your system. That one will cover many things. We were sitting down properly, drinking, expecting normal restaurant service. Next thing, they are bringing food in a bag like we ordered UberEats. I said, ah ah, what is this? The tables are very small, no space to even enjoy your meal well. You will just be managing. The place is also hard to find, no clear sign outside except one small poster like you should already know the place. Parking? You will struggle, just prepare your mind.
