Sean installed an electric swinging gate motor and double-sided keypad lock for our condominium, along with a fair amount of labor to fix shoddy parts of our iron gate. He was very available and communicative during the entire process from estimate to scheduling to servicing. Sean's expertise was evident and one could tell he really values customer satisfaction and transparency with regards to costs. I will 100% call on Sean for all gate and garage-door related projects for our building moving forward. Thank you! read more

Sean is a true master craftsman. The wooden gate he installed is gorgeous, and I found out his specialty is welding and working with metal. The metal frame is absolutely perfect. He also installed a solar-powered gate opener which saved a lot of money. His bid came in way under other vendors, and his work speaks for itself. Highly recommend! read more

I worked with Amit and team last year to remodel my 1970s condo bathroom. They completely gutted my bathroom and replaced everything in less than 2 weeks. When my bathtub was delayed they went out of their way to find one "nearby", was still an hour and a half away. My dad who has been in the tile business for 40+ years said they did an excellent job installing all of the tile. Would highly recommend Adar Builders to anyone! read more

Spoke to Colby very unprofessional guy didn't want to give us an estimate in writing and wanted to change for requesting one on website said free estimates. Also spoke to the office and the lady stated that all contractors have their own rates and they do charge that's false advertisement especially when they have it on the front of the website definitely in professional and will take our services somewhere else and this was for a full house remodel No thank you. read more

We cannot say enough good things about Amit and Adar Builders. Amit and his team treated us like family from the day we met, and guided us through every step of the renovation process. Amit listened carefully to what we were envisioning, and his talented associate, Snir, created striking 3D digital designs of exactly what we had in mind. They were detailed right down to the style of the bathroom mirror that we needed to create the look we wanted. If you are unsure of how to choose just the right colors and styles to achieve the look you want for any project, there is no need to fear. Amit actually went with us to the tile store and spent over an hour helping us coordinate the colors and styles we needed to achieve the look we wanted. He also spent a lot of his own time searching for things that we needed to bring our vision to life, such as the vanity and fixtures that we needed for the bathroom. If you are concerned at all about having strangers coming in and working on your house, you do not have to worry. The people that Amit has assembled to complete each job, which in our case, included painters, electricians, plumbers, shower reconstruction specialists, etc, were all very warm, kind, and most of all, professional. They did expert work, and took great care to make sure that we were happy with each step. We always felt comfortable having all of them in our home, even when we had to go to work and leave them here alone. In addition, Amit's communication with us was consistent from day one. He kept us updated every day about which workers were coming the next day, and what time they would be here. We could always trust that everything would happen when he said it would. He checked in on our projects in person on a regular basis, and made sure that we knew that he truly cared about us and about the work that his crews were doing for us. Many people can't wait for the day that all of the work is done and they no longer have to deal with work crews and a contractor. However, we came to consider Amit and his crew as family and friends, and will be glad to continue to associate with them and refer them to anyone who needs work done in their home. In short, you cannot go wrong with choosing Adar Builders to work on your home. You will get first class service from very good people, from start to finish. read more

Adar did a complete remodel of our master bathroo and installed new flooring throughout our home. Our project manager was Shani. from the beginning to end Shani was always available to answer questions and give advice. The process began with a well written quote where my ideas were captured. Next came the 3-D drawing of what the end product would look like (and I must say, the end product is exactly what they presented in the rendering!). next came the signing of the contact with all payment schedules for work completion so there were no surprises. the finished bathroom is perfect! I also have to note that the workers left the job site clean after every days work so there was no interruption in our daily schedule. I high recommend Adar Builders for their job well done, integrity and kindness. I feel like they are part of my family! read more

Sean came out quickly after I inquired about fixing our Ramset gate motor. Initially, I was planning to have the motor replaced, which was going to be costly (over $3k), but Sean carefully diagnosed the motor and suggested having it repaired. He was able to upgrade the receiver, install a sensor, and adjust the chain which ended up saving me a lot of money. The quality of the work was top notch. He is very kind, honest, and considerate. read more

We wanted a complete remodel of our master bedroom including bathroom, closet, floors, wall removal and even the baseboards. We had several companies give us estimates. We went with Adar Builders Inc. because Shimi listened to what we want and gave us an idea on what they can do for us. Other companies TOLD us what they wanted to do and shot down most of our ideas. We could not be happier with our choice in using ADAR. We were walked through the process from the initial concept, 3D design, and every step during the remodel. They were also FAST! It made me nervous at first with how quickly things were moving but everything passed inspection first time through. I was really adamant about inspections because we have gotten screwed by other companies when it came to this. As with any remodel or construction, it can be disruptive. Everyone on staff and people who came to our home were professional, polite, and clean. Yes, there is going to be some dust and what not, but it did not feel like we were walking into a war zone. It was only a minor inconvenience due to the fact that we could not use our master suite for some time. They made every effort to make us feel like our family were the only ones in the house. We could not be happier with the end result. Even though we had an idea about what the end result would look like, we were still blown away. They really went above and beyond their commitment to us and we will always be grateful for this. We have now moved everything back into the master suite and we never want to leave! read more

Sean was fantastic. He fixed the problem we were were having with our automatic gate opener within just a few minutes, and then installed a couple of accessories we needed. Super friendly, helpful and reasonable. Thanks!! read more

Sean was such a treat to work with! He is extremely professional, prepared, and knowledgeable about gates and auto gate motors. He came with all the equipment needed to make the installation happen for my gate. We now have a solar panel and solar powered motor that operates the gate. I love that a solar option was available and at a very reasonable price. I imagine this is probably a little more expensive than the electric option but I will go solar any day! Sean replied to all of our questions and worked extremely hard under the hot sun on a summer day. Within a couple of hours our gate was complete and we had two cute little remote controls and a keypad controlling the solar powered motor. I highly recommend his services and would absolutely return again if I need another installation. I have also personally recommended him to my friends in the area! His positive attitude and polite demeanor made it very easy to work with him... Sometimes I'm intimidated because I always feel like I could be taken advantage of. He definitely did not make us feel that way! In fact, he gave us a few tips on how to avoid being taken advantage of in the event we need to repair the gate many years down the road. read more

Great service! Great install! I had Shawn install a motor on a friends sliding gate and it works flawlessly.

Sean is a great guy. He didn't fix my gate. But he is knowledgeable to define the problem

They all made sure that everything was done to my liking including all the details and hunting for the best materials.
