Our furnace wasn't working correctly and our gas fireplace chose just that time to start acting up as well, so I did what one does when you don't know who to call; I came to Yelp. We reviewed multiple companies and decided, based off of the reviews, to call Phil Carpenters. I spoke with Brandon when I called to see if they service my area (far Eastern Shasta County, WELL outside of Redding). He was very friendly, helpful, he asked a lot of good questions about the problems we were having, confirmed that they do service my area and scheduled me promptly for service. He told me who to expect and what time to expect them. Guys, this is not Dish or Direct that give a 6 hour window of when their tech MAY arrive. Brandon told me that Andrew would be here at 8am (which I really doubted because of where we live), and a few minutes before 8, Andrew arrived! He was on time (early), knowledgeable, skilled, polite, explained the problems we had been having, and fixed EVERYTHING! If that was not enough the service fee was incredibly reasonable!
