I had a dent on my passenger side rear panel from a parking lot encounter with another vehicle…read more The repair was done on time and the results were great. Doesn't look at all that it had been dented. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I was impressed by the clean work areas and the professionalism of the staff. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of body work on their auto.

I told the shop the truck is older and if it needed both a valve body and transmission I wouldn't want to do the repairs I'd just get rid of it because of the cost for both being as much as the truck was worth. He said the transmission was fine because there was no metal in the pan so I just had them repair the valve body. A month later my truck wouldn't go in reverse or would but slowly and would barely move. I brought it back up there and now they tell me I now need a whole new transmission. I then call the owner Mike after speaking to Brandon about all that was said prior. He tells me he's going to figure it out and call me back. I never get a call back. I just get a text stating my truck is ready to be picked up and no charge. I am now thankful for his service thinking it's repaired and ready to go. Fast forward to my wife picking it up and now the trucks clutch is getting stuck when it tries to shift. My wife asks them if we should get rid of the truck and they say yes. After hearing this from my wife I tried calling Mike to get some clarification on what was meant when he told my wife to get rid of it. At this point he wouldn't answer my phone calls or return my calls. I can't tell if this guy isn't honest or if they just don't have any clue what they are doing. Either way not returning phone calls is unprofessional and shady so that tells me something was definitely up. After speaking to another transmission shop I find out on Toyota trucks having not metal in the pan isn't indicative of not needing a new transmission. So the truck probably needed both from the start. I now have oil leaking from the truck after the so called repair they made and the clutch is sticking with what seems like even more issues. Conclusion, I wouldn't recommend taking your vehicle to this shop. They are either dishonest or have no clue what they are doing.

As this is my first visit, I'm probably reviewing the business a bit early but I'll update if…read moreanything goes awry. I found this shop based off of recommendations from neighbors on Nextdoor. My sole review on Yelp isn't an accurate representation of how popular this shop is. Tons of Jersey Village residents say they've been coming here for years. Anyway, I had my oil change done at Firestone the day before. They told me that there was a leak and few other things that I needed to have done. (Warning: a bit of a rant is coming up) Here's the thing, though. My car is not that old, it doesn't have a crazy amount of mileage, I'm not a street racer, and I don't regularly hit things on the road. Yet, I can't seem to make it through an oil change without Firestone thinking I need something additional done to my car. Every. Freaking. Time. So rather than shell out yet another $500, I called this place up and told them exactly what Firestone told me needed to be repaired. The guy I spoke to over the phone didn't think what Firestone described sounded right and asked me to come in. He lifted the car, showed me everything, dropped the car, showed me the engine, and explained how he doesn't see any leak. He put some degreaser and told me I could come back in a day or two and he'd check it again if I was worried. And that was it. $0. Though my rating right now is based on just this one interaction, they could have easily told me something was wrong and gotten a quick buck for zero work. I'm going to start coming here for my car maintenance needs and I'll update if I have a poor experience, but I think I finally found an honest mechanic!!!

Highly recommend. It's hard nowadays to find a good repair shop, let alone family-owned. A friend…read morerecommended Kay's Automotive, and I am very happy. Phillip and staff were courteous, patient, and professional from start to finish. Will be returning when I need maintenance or repairs.
