I saw Dr. Sierra and Valencia while there, and I can't sing their praises enough! Their work, education and support have changed my life. Because of them, I can move freely again- something I realized I hadn't been doing for YEARS. They taught me the correct body mechanics and made me feel amazing. I have now joined a gym and am working out with confidence. However, what has really been life changing is that before I worked with them, I didn't think I would be able to keep up with a baby and had put off pregnancy. Dr. Sierra and Valencia helped me strengthen and correct my body so well that I am now on a pregnancy journey! I am now seeing Dr. Najah for pelvic floor therapy (also at Sterling!) who has already taught me so much in 2 sessions. I love going to PT, and have so much fun laughing with the girls. They play good music and make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. It's a relaxing, happy environment. Desiree at the front desk is also a gem- always happy to help and smiling. She and everyone at this location have made me feel so cared for. I have worked in rehab facilities in the past as a speech therapist, and know how monotonous and dreary they can be. NOT Sterling in Bellaire! Highly recommend!!

Bellaire Airrosti love you…read more Dr Alex is amazing. I had the stiff neck really really bad and day one I felt so much better and I must say the exercises were a bit painful in the beginning. But, as my muscles loosened everything felt much better. Three visits and all is great. I'm truly amazed. He even checked in on me to see how I was feeling. I'm happy that's this office opened close to my home and my office. Thank you so much

After three back surgeries over a course of nearly 30 years and frequent relapses into the hell of…read moreback pain, I thought that I had exhausted all modalities of treatment. But on the recommendation of a good friend who is a trainer of men and women "of a certain age", I decided to give Airrosti a chance to address my back problems. My antennae were up when I learned that Airrosti practitioners are chiropractors. My experience with chiropractors in the past two decades had resulted in aggravation to the injuries for which I'd sought treatment. I was reluctant to subject myself to skeletal manipulation and the recent fad amongst chiropractors-the drop table. I was able to get in to see Dr. Escamilla at the Bellaire, Texas Airrosti location. Dr. E explained to me the way in which Airrosti therapy differs from conventional chiropractic treatment and remedies available through orthopedic surgeons, neuro surgeons and other practitioners of mainstream medicine. If you are suffering from an ailment that is bone related, it will likely show up on X-ray or an MRI. What isn't visible through radiography is damage to soft tissue, i.e., muscle, fascia, ligaments and tendons. My diagnosis from radiography was that there was nothing visible to which my incapacitating pain could be ascribed. My debilitating pain was not psychosomatic. Even an M.D. with the highest credentials couldn't ascertain what the cause was. Based on my symptoms and the way I winced when when he touched me in areas that hurt, Dr. Escamilla said that my suffering was likely from deep muscle and fascia strain. There is one modality of treatment which no conventional physician charged with the curing of patients seems to use, other than to diagnose- be it enlarged prostate or a lump in the breast or elsewhere. That is touch. The manipulation of a painful part of one's body by hands that are trained to address maladies is beneficial for those who may be suffering from them. Airrosti employs the simple modality of touch to diagnose and treat pain. There's no cutting or popping or sticking or flopping one's body on a drop table for noise, smoke, mirrors and zero effect. I left Dr Escamilla's office in less pain and, most importantly, with renewed hope that after many dollars, many pain shots, bottles of pills that stupefied me, there is hope that my severe pain might finally be beneficially addressed.

I had been to physical therapy more than once, had an MRI and then a steroid shot in another city. When I moved to Houston and the pain was worsening and the mobility was decreasing, keeping me up at night and throbbing in the day, I made an appointment with Dr. Brian Banh. He spent time assessing and then treating the shoulder at each of our sessions with plenty of time and attention. He listened to me as I reviewed each week's improvements and added to the treatments each time creating more healing, movement, and strength. Now I'm off to another city and he has given me exercises to condition my upper body so I can continue the process of improvement. Amy, at the front desk, and Dr. Banh are professional and friendly. They run an efficient office but most importantly, they delivered results. My old injury is now not limiting my mobility thanks to HYPE Sports Medicine and I am so thankful.

Dr. Ho LITERALLY gave me my life back! I had fallen against a brick wall and hit my elbow. I was…read morein pain daily from my neck, back, shoulder, down my arm all the way to my wrist. Finally, after a year and a half of dealing with the pain and it and only getting worse, I decided I had to do something. Dr. Ho would tell you I have a high tolerance for pain, but this was unbearable and I would wake up every night in tears it was so bad. I went to Texas Orthopedic Hospital to a shoulder specialist who wanted to shoot me up with cortisone, I'd had X-rays, an MRI, and went to a very well-known neurosurgeon to try and find out what the problem was. I didn't want to temporarily fix it, I wanted to know what was wrong. He said he didn't know why I didn't just get the cortisone shots and walked out of the room. If I wouldn't get sued, I would tell you his name. I couldn't believe it. I'd driven almost two hours to go see him because he came so highly recommended. Needless to say, I didn't go back and was furious! A friend recommended I go to a chiropractor. Her chiropractor in Wyoming recommended two in Houston whom I researched, but saw Dr. Casey Ho had, at that time, 20 five star reviews and was also an acupuncturist. HE'S who I wanted to see. He got me in the next day. Three needles later, ART, and an adjustment, and I walked out pain free...PAIN FREE!!! I'm grateful DAILY that I found him. I've been going to him for eight years now because I tend to be somewhat clumsy, and have taken some pretty bad falls, mainly because of my dogs, but they were completely my fault. Unfortunately, both shoulders have torn tendons. Each time after my appointment, I've walked out with no pain and have full range of motion in both arms . Thank you so much, Dr. Ho. You're my hero.

I scheduled with Dr. Dean Smith via UT Physicians. Pre-visit I called on a Friday, and had an appointment the following Monday. I had 4 phone calls, and the emails to confirm my appointment. Either the system doesn't update more than once a day, or scheduling my appt one business day prior to the event just really messed with their confirmation process. Not a bad thing, I know they were expecting me. They let you fill out your medical history via a link beforehand. Super easy, and less time consuming during your appt. Visit As usual, I arrived 45 minutes early. This worked in my favor because they saw me earlier as well. My intake took about 10 minutes. They just reviewed what I had entered to confirm, within 20 minutes I had my x-rays done, and with 30 minutes I had completed my visit with the surgeon. And had a tentative diagnosis. They referred me for an MRI, to confirm, and I'll be back soon. Overall Excellent customer service from scheduling to check out. Virtually no wait, likely because I'm a first in the morning type of patient. Everyone was super nice, and I look forward to continuing my care with them for this issue.
