Delicious homemade ice cream with some of the best service I've ever gotten at an ice cream shop. I went two nights in a row and both nights the employees were not only nice but actively friendly, smiling, and sincere. It smells like freshly made waffle cones and you can see them making them and the ice cream right in front of you. Just a wonderful little parlor. read more

Adaline has limited hours of only Friday Sat and Sun from 3-9. And they only have a few parking spots in the front. Their ice cream was very good and I liked how most of them had toppings in it. Just like how their hours are limited, their options of hard ice cream are as well. But you are bound to find something you like and some options may surprise you, such as blueberry cheesecake. I love how they make the waffle cones in house. It smelled divine walking in. read more

What a great find! This place is adorable with friendly service and delicious ice cream! The small is just over $4. Very reasonably priced in my opinion. I am surprised it doesn't have more reviews! There were so many tasty options that we all had a hard time deciding which flavor to choose! We ended up getting the mint oreo, peanut butter cup, almond joy, and oreo cookie dough. After we finished, my daughter was already talking about what flavor she was getting next! We plan to make it back read more

When my mom was first moving up to this area I found this place. I kept missing to come here because we'd be leaving like a Tuesday morning and they were not open. After dinner one night in the area I was like we are coming here! It did not disappoint and seriously on of the best milkshakes ever. I was very happy. Such an adorable place too. If you get the chocolate or banana or coffee ice cream, it is as good as Toscaninis in Cambridge or Havre-aux-glaces in Montréal. In other words, it is really great ice cream. They are big on ice cream with chunks of candy. If you like that, you will be happy and the almond joy and skor are very good. They do need to work on some of their flavors. A lot of the fruit flavors are made with artificial flavoring (banana is an exception) so you have the strange experience of Dairy-Queen-like flavors with excellent texture. Real fruit, please! And none of their flavors are quite as amazing as, say, the Nocciola at Toscaninis. But, I mean, this is Oneonta and their ice cream has stayed consistently excellent. read more

I was hesitant for this place to open so late into the game, but wow am I happy they did! Very friendly staff. The variety of flavors is immaculate. The place is spotless. Prices are fair. Cute out door seating area. I went during their opening weekend and they had a line out the door, but it moved along very quickly. Huge fan of their coffee Oreo flavor, it actually tastes like strong coffee and not just a sugar bomb. I've convinced myself that if I run the mile and a half from my home to the shop, I've earned a scoop. Will be a regular, this place is a close tie with golden guernsey. read more

Some of the best ice cream I have ever had in my life!! I'm from San Diego CA and I've had some good ice cream, but the ice cream at Adaline taste so natural and flavorful. The ingredients taste so organic and rich. I went 2 times in 6 days because it was so delicious. I can't wait to go again when we go back to NY next year. My favorite thing is the ice cream flight because it gives you a chance to try multiple flavors at a time. So far this is my favorite ice cream place by far. read more
