No weight loss either. I decided to stop spending my money after paying for 3 months of watered down injections. Staff is usually decent in the front. The providers that offer the follow ups are great. Everything is super expensive as it is that I will not return or recommend anyone here for this reason of throwing away your money for watered down injections. Last thing when prefilled syringes are given to you they also prefilled with a lot of bubbles and not enough sema/tirz that you end up injecting less medication! Beware to check these things out before you pay. Or maybe just maybe they read this and do better fingers crossed.

This was the result of combining dietary changes with using a low dose of Tirezepetide, and exercising 5-6 times a week. I go to SPENGA, F-45, and a Personal Trainer. The quality of the staff was top notch. They were knowledgeable, supportive, nonjudgmental and friendly. You can also reward yourself with a facial while you reach you goals. I had a consultation with a nurse practitioner once a month, which helped me stay accountable. The medication had a few side effects. I used a fiber pill, and divided the dose into two shots a week instead of one big shot which helped with nausea and acid reflux. The staff performed a before and after body scan when I reached my goal. The price is expensive, but worth it. RM helped me change my eating habits and my exercise routines rather than providing a quick fix. I am signing up for lifetime maintenance to sustain my results long term.

He then handled the items that he put on my wound with his bare hands without even washing them first. I should have spoken up because this was really wrong to do, but I did get home and change the dressing. Then there is the dog who runs in and out of the exam rooms and waiting room. Cute dog but it is not trained to stay out of areas and to not jump up on people. The dog jumped up on my leg with the wound. I ended up at TMC Wound Care Clinic which is very professional with highly trained staff. He is a bariatric surgeon who no longer practices that, and I am not sure what his training is for wound care.

After our initial consultation, I was excited to know I finally found someone with the patience, knowledge and curiosity needed to tackle such an intimate issue head on! Over the course of 9 months we trialed some new modalities that really helped with my issues, and I started seeing results within the matter of weeks. Lindsey is not only an inquisitive health professional, but she is dedicated to finding solutions that are more nuanced and more clever than the simple fast acts you read about online. I'm grateful to Lindsey for empowering me in my quest for a better quality of life, and I'm grateful to her for giving me the tools to tackle my issues with the patience and perseverance gut health requires!

I initially met Lindsey through a small group but very quickly was met with the passion she had for health coaching. After we decided for her to be my health coach I was able to walk with her week by week and discuss the different aspects of not just eating right and exercising but going through the mental spaces I'm in when I'm choosing what I eat and what I do with my time. Lindsey changed not only my weight (I felt great for my wedding day) but my relationship with food and the way I felt about my body. I highly recommed just a conversation to start, to see if this works for you!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STARTING HERE!!!! It would have saved me a ton of time and money!! They start with a full body exam making sure to find out the problem before they prescribe any sort of treatment, I have been going here ever since. After finding out the main problem (2 discs in my vertebrae were bulging against the nerve root in my spine) Dr.Harrigan knew exactly what we needed to do to help me get back to my normal self he adjusted my treatment accordingly and within 2 weeks it was night and day. Throughout my treatment and speaking with Dr.Harrigan at my appointments with any issues with sleeping, nutrition, dietary or anything I could think of he always had a solution that provided lightning speed results. I highly recommend to start here and not make the mistake I did of starting somewhere else. To speak on the rest of the staff here, THEY ARE THE NICEST AND MOST PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE EVER. They know exactly who I am and are always very very quick to greet me and show me to my exam room for my treatment. Please try Synergy wellness.
