Absolutely fantastic! I had several plumbing issues that arose all in one weekend and searched yelp…read morefor a local plumber and landed on Burr Oak Plumbing based on all the recent positive reviews. Pete contacted me in less than 24 hours from the time I opened the project in Yelp and we discussed all the issues that I found over the weekend. He gave me some troubleshooting pointers to try on my own first to see if it resolves the issue. FYI - Those pointers were spot on and my issue was resolved. For those other issues, faucet replacements, valve cartridge replacement, overflow flow repair, and hot water heater expansion tank replacement, he provided an overview of the issues, upfront cost for parts and labor. His prices were extremely competitive and his hours are flexible! The work was done so quickly and issues are now resolved. Pete is extremely professional, honest, and personable. I have Burr Oak Plumbing permanently on my speed dial and will be using Pete for all my future plumbing issues! Thanks Pete!

He offered to call my husband and also go over things with him, as I'm not great with remembering specific details. We both were very impressed. I would gladly recommend him to family and friends without reservations. I am so happy to have found a great plumber!

If you're looking for a tankless water heater, DALE is your guy! Dale installed a tankless for 2…read moreother units in my building and he has had NO complaints. When I initially bought my condo, the unit did not come with a washer/dryer. My neighbors suggested that the best option was to remove my water heater with a tankless and then to install the washer/dryer. Not only did Dale install the tankless, but he also did all the piping and venting for the washer/dryer. He did a great job and I highly recommend him!

I had a pretty tall order. My goal was to switch out my aging low efficiency hot water heater w/ a…read moretankless model, thereby making room for a stackable washer/dryer. Dale drove down scope it out. He gave me a great quote, thousands less than a competitor and he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need! It was a pretty big project, condo board approvals aside. Visit 1 completed the tankless install in 1 day. Visit 2 involved washer/dryer hookups and drilling yet another vent hole through 12inches of exterior brick. He also had to reroute a number of pipes to make room for the appliances. Dale and company were professional, and respectful of my property... cleaning up after themselves as they went. A few weeks later, my exhaustively spec'd and measured appliances were installed w/o issue and fit like a glove! I'm now running my dishwasher, doing a load of laundry and taking a shower at the same time just to test my tankless water heater. It wins every time. I've already seen mucho savings on my gas bill even though i've added another appliance. I'm so proud of how well this project turned out. I've given Dale pictures of the whole setup... it's a site to behold. It's an awesome setup for anyone who owns a small condo w/o an in-unit washer/dryer.

At the very beginning of this process, Edward came out in the pouring rain and diverted standing water that was sitting on top of our septic system -- giving us a temporary solution to hold us over until repairs could take place. We have severe drainage issues in our backyard, and they were able to help us manage that in the short term while also offering guidance on long-term solutions. Wesley came out shortly after, took the time to carefully explain everything, and provided top-tier service with patience and professionalism. We told him we wanted to shop around, and he was incredibly understanding -- gave us a fair quote and told us to call if we needed anything. We ultimately chose another company for the repairs, only to have the same septic issues return a few months later. When we finally called Right Price Plumbing back, they not only fixed the problem the right way, but Kevin, the owner, was on-site during the repairs and county inspection. He provided the reassurance and peace of mind we desperately needed and even went a step further by providing a credible landscaping reference to help us finally address our ongoing drainage issues. Their honesty, expertise, and commitment to doing things the right way are unmatched. We will absolutely use them going forward and highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing or septic services.

So it is with Serendipity on Craig's List which most people do NOT use to finding services and just…read morego straight to Google that I had called Steve from Done-Rite Plumbing to fix a tenant roommate's damage to my toilet. He was very professional and was NOT hoping to spend $$$ because Plumbers especially like Roto Rooter for example off the bat would charge you over $500 for Plumbing repair once they come over to see what the plumbing issue is. I knew I did not need a new toilet and it was hoping it was just a broken wax ring and did not know the fill valve was worn too. I had gotten the fix this morning for less than $400. He even gave a free estimate. My only compromise is that I work a office job 8pm to 5pm job and don't like to call that I am late since I myself am on time for work and was hoping to schedule time to do that on a weekend like Sunday since I work Monday through Friday and they do not operate around weeknights. Other than that they are very reasonable on plumbing repair. Thanks Steve and your collogue son Shane this morning. I had saved your contact for any unexpected plumbing needs.

Avoid DONE-RITE Plumbing & Drain (Steve Daniels) at all costs…read more In April 2025, I hired Steve Daniels to install a new water heater. He gave me a price, I didn't haggle, and I paid the deposit upfront. From the start, he couldn't stop bragging about how he's "the best in America" -- annoying, but whatever. But here's where things went really bad: right near the end, Steve suddenly demanded $500 more on top of the original price, even though we had a clear agreement. He threatened that if I didn't pay, he wouldn't honor his promised one-year warranty or fix any issues. His exact words were: "If you don't pay -- lose my number." That's straight-up blackmail. When I refused, Steve blew up. He became aggressive, rude, and insulting, making my wife feel extremely uncomfortable in our own home. After he stormed out (with full payment already in his pocket), I noticed water pooling on the floor. I asked him to take a look -- he just turned his back and left. It gets worse: I inspected his work and found that one of the copper pipes was leaking. On top of that, the PVC pipe setup was a complete joke -- six random pieces and five elbows, just dry-fitted together with no glue. It honestly looked like he deliberately set it up to fail. Steve Daniels is not a professional by any stretch of the imagination. His work quality is poor, his attitude is awful, and he has zero sense of integrity or responsibility. Frankly, calling him a "person" feels too generous -- his behavior was disgusting, despicable, and absolutely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this contractor.
