I was home all day/evening and was awaiting the pre-call that I was told repeatedly that I'd receive, so I wasn't sitting by my door waiting for someone to knock. When I explained I got no call, they read back the phone number they had, which I had repeated every time I called, and the last 4 digits were swapped. The rep just said, "Oops, that's the problem then." Yeah, no one read call my number to confirm and recommended they start doing that after the rep gave another excuse of "receiving so many calls to their office." When I asked to get priorized today as my young child would be coming over for the weekend today and was told they could "try, but..." and when I explained this has become ridiculous they defaulted back to saying "no one was home last time we tried" and I referred back to THEIR expectations set that they would call when ON THEIR WAY, then why still show up when no one answered because they called the wrong number? The rep got incredibly irate and aggressive and I asked if I should call another company since they can't seem to keep up/adhere to expectations, to which she yelled "yes, I think you should" be hung up. I know this is the hot season and it's busy, so give proper expectations, confirm you have correct contact information, keep your customers updated and for God's sake, take accountability and hold your temper... Unprofessional, unreliable, incredibly unpleasant company to interact with.

In December 2025, I purchased a new furnace and condensation pump from this company for over $4,000. Just a short time later, the condensation pump stopped pumping water properly. I contacted Heating and Cooling Solutions, and they sent a technician to my home. The technician determined that the plastic drain tube they had originally installed was too long. They simply cut the tube shorter to correct the problem. Despite this being an issue with their original installation, I was charged a $129 service call fee plus an additional $150 for approximately 15 minutes of work. I called the owner, Todd, to ask why this repair wasn't covered under the warranty, especially since the condensation pump had just been installed by their company. Instead of standing behind their work, I was told that I should have been performing "preventive maintenance." I find it unacceptable to be charged nearly $300 to correct what appears to have been an installation issue. A company that installs equipment should stand behind its workmanship, especially on a recently installed system. Instead, I was left feeling like my concerns were dismissed and that I was being charged for their mistake. This experience has left me completely disappointed. I expected much better customer service and integrity after spending thousands of dollars with this company. Unfortunately, I feel these business practices are unfair, and I will not be using or reccomending Heating and Cooling Solutions again.

I texted him Monday morning and he said he was on his way to Home Depot and Menard to see what they had. So basically he lied to me on Saturday and SUnday because he never had any numbers for me. He finally got back to me on Tuesday with a random price of $1900 cash. I asked for a formal invoice and brand of air conditioners he had. Never provided that to me. He was supposed to come on Thursday between 11:00 and 3:00 to install them. Never heard from him. I texted him for a time update. Never responded.
