I am extremely disappointed with Heating and Cooling Solutions and would not recommend them based on my experience. In December 2025, I purchased a new furnace and condensation pump from this company for over $4,000. Just a short time later, the condensation pump stopped pumping water properly. I contacted Heating and Cooling Solutions, and they sent a technician to my home. The technician determined that the plastic drain tube they had originally installed was too long. They simply cut the tube shorter to correct the problem. Despite this being an issue with their original installation, I was charged a $129 service call fee plus an additional $150 for approximately 15 minutes of work. I called the owner, Todd, to ask why this repair wasn't covered under the warranty, especially since the condensation pump had just been installed by their company. Instead of standing behind their work, I was told that I should have been performing "preventive maintenance." I find it unacceptable to be charged nearly $300 to correct what appears to have been an installation issue. A company that installs equipment should stand behind its workmanship, especially on a recently installed system. Instead, I was left feeling like my concerns were dismissed and that I was being charged for their mistake. This experience has left me completely disappointed. I expected much better customer service and integrity after spending thousands of dollars with this company. Unfortunately, I feel these business practices are unfair, and I will not be using or reccomending Heating and Cooling Solutions again. read more

i had this company install a new boiler for my hydronic system. The installation team was very professional, polite, and did a superb job. They cleaned up after the install, and removed the old parts from the site. The system seems to operate well, I know that if I have any questions they will be more than happy to help me. We have been using Heating and Cooling Solutions for about 4 years now as to maintain our heating and cooling needs. They have always treated us very well. This year Shawn came out and gave us the news our furnace needed to be replaced. Quickly we received a list of options. Within a few days Jess had us scheduled and David and Ben were out to do replace the furnace and air conditioning. Very professional and efficient. I can't say enough about the team that Todd has assembled. Such a pleasure to work with them. read more

I had an issue with my furnace not kicking in and as the temps keep falling,I just couldn't have that I call Heating & Cooling Solutions and they were able to get a technician scheduled for the same day. Dave called and showed up promptly and was able to troubleshoot the problem. He was courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. He got the heat back up and running and it's already 15° warmer that it was this morning. Very much appreciated his attention to the detail and workmanship. Keep up the good work! read more

What a crappy company. I heard you guys were a good company. However, after learning more about your company and talking to a few associates you guys are a SCAM! All you care about is up charging your customers and selling not the actual service. I would never recommend your company nor would I do business with your company. My aunt called you guys to do an estimate and your Tech only cared about up charging her not actually fixing her problem. Do noT hire these guys! I rarely write reviews but you guys suck! read more

Bill came by our home, provided two heating options with reasonable quotes. Within a week, he came over with Dave and Jake, worked for 11 hours non stop and did a fantastic job. On top of that they were all friendly and trustworthy. I highly recommend this company! read more

I have been with Heating and Cooling Solutions since we bought our home 2011. They have been available to us on multiple occasions for service calls with our older furnace and air conditioner. They are always straight forward in service call situations laying out the problem and offering multiple options for repair or replacement. When it came to replacing our furnace Todd offered us multiple options and crafted a custom solution to relocate our furnace upon our request. The work was done quickly and they were very clean. Their Preventative Maintenance program is second to none. The price is affordable and the service provides great value in keeping your units running efficiently. Jake just completed our annual air conditioning PM. He was thorough and answered all of my questions regarding our current unit and where we may be heading in replacement. Bill and Andy did an excellent job with my new furnace and A/C including a new line set and pad. The professionalism was beyond my expectations. They took the time to run the lines in a neat and aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. I would recommend them for any HVAC needs. They add an evaporation pump and new drain line. That way the drain line wasn't running across the walkway on the floor. read more

I called and left a message for Heating and Cooling LLC on a Sunday, because my central air coils were frozen. I got a call back in less then 10 minutes. Instead of coming out to service the issue, Todd guided me on how to resolve the problem over the phone and saved me service call, costs. For the first time, I felt I was NOT taken advantage of. This guarantees future business from me! I highly recommend Heating and Cooling! read more

Heating and Cooling Solutions was asked to provide a quote for installing a Split HVAC system. While they were prompt in providing an estimate, the estimate noted a Brand name with general information and a price for installation. No BTU, No SEER, No Model numbers. Heating and Cooling said to feel free to call for information, but when asked to provide a full description of what was to be installed in writing , they failed to respond. Without a full description, if there was a dispute I would have had no recourse. read more

My heat went just as it started getting cold. They showed up right away the next day, to diagnose, and I needed a whole new furnace. They moved me up so they could get me heat back right away and the pricing was fair. Ben and mike came for the installation. They were right on time and finished within 4 hours just as promised. Would definitely recommend these guys for your heating and cooling needs! read more

We had a very large job for them to do as we replaced our Furnace, Air Conditioner, Air Purifier, Humidifier and Water Heater. The installers were terrific. They were on time, very professional, explained everything they were there to do and about how long it was going to take. The Salesman/Tech was not pushy, explained everything, was very knowledgeable of the products and even advised me against a couple things I had thought of doing. I would recommend Heating and Cooling Solutions to anyone and in fact already have. The entire staff was excellent. Great job guys. read more

Jesse came out quickly for maintenance and to also quote a new furnace. He was very professional and fun to talk to. He saved us money on maintenance on the old unit and honestly advised it was too old to try to maintain. No pressure at all. He left it up to me. Dave and Anthony installed the new furnace very quickly and were also incredibly professional to work with. From the scheduling to the follow up everyone at this establishment you can tell takes pride in what they do and genuinely appreciate your business. They're affordable and had my new furnace installed in just a few days. Far exceeding my expectations. Great job all and thank you! read more

In order to sell our home, we had a buyer who wanted the furnace inspected, and the sump pump inspected too. Todd, (from Heating & Cooling Solutions), and I, had talked on the phone ahead of the appointment and he said he would check the furnace for $79.95, and said he would take a look at the sump-pump, but never said there would be a charge for that. 2 of Todd's co-workers showed up 15-20 minutes late for the appointment, and they proceeded to check the furnace, which was $89.95 ($10 more than stated on the phone), and they also charged us $49.95 for checking the sump-pump, which we thought would cost us nothing. We were expecting a bill for $79.95 plus tax, and we got a bill for $139.90 plus tax instead! Very, very frustrated for lack of honesty on the phone about what the real charges would be! Would not use them again! read more

Air conditioner went out over the weekend. 21 year old Lennox conditioner. Fearing the worst, I thought we would need a new unplanned air conditioner at the end of the summer season. But low and behold, Ryan was able to repair for a reasonable price. He also quoted us prices for a new air conditioner and also a quote with a new furnace (also 21 year old Lennox). Now we can start planning for our old Lennox replacements! read more

We called early Thursday, after our AC unit failed overnight. Bill was out by 7 AM to diagnose the problem. He advised he could repair the unit, but due to it's age (over 20 years), it was likely other things were also going on. He explained everything in detail. We immediately felt he was honest, and looking out for our best interest, and opted to go with a new unit. Meanwhile, he left to get a part to get our old unit limping along through the weekend, until the new unit was available for installation. He had it up and running by 9 AM. The AC failed again overnight Sunday, and my husband called early Monday, to see if there was any way they could come out earlier, by any chance. Dave and Bill were here by 7:30, and they were able to work us in the schedule. They had the new unit up and running by 10:30 AM! They are responsive, courteous, professional, and trustworthy. We highly recommend Heating and Cooling solutions! read more
