Towards the end of the window on Monday for them to show they called and said they wouldn't be able to make it because they were dealing with so many peoples frozen pipes and they rescheduled for Tuesday. Jeremy arrived a little after 5pm on Tuesday. The quote to replace a pressure valve was $846....a job that probably took all of 20 minutes. I'm inpatient and really didn't want to mess around with calling other plumbers to get quotes so we just had Jeremy do the work. He did a great job and was very nice and respectful of our home. My husband explained all of the troubleshooting steps he took to attempt to fix the boiler he said we needed a part that was broken/no good in order to work and to keep the flame on, job number 2, he fixed the drain problem, not to mention that when I was looking for him I noticed he was across the street chatting with my neighbors while I am getting charged by the hour/minute.
