They helped and accommodated me all through the process when I had some last minute special needs. Seriously, this is the best customer service I have enjoyed in some time. Thank you Signworks for appreciating our business. Folks, here is the icing on the cake. My assistant didnt forward part of the order. This was discovered after the partial order had been processed. Signworks worked with us, adjusted pricing, and met our deadline and still came in a couple bucks budget even though they would have been well within their rights to hold the price of the part of the project that had already been started. If you need a sign made in the Peninsula, this is the place to get it!!!

Four months later, the permit process has still not been properly submitted and the project has not moved forward. During this time, the company was sold to new ownership and we were not notified of the transition. Their office location closed and their main phone number was disconnected, which initially led us to believe the company had shut down after collecting our deposit. After considerable effort, I was able to track down a number for one of their project managers (Doug), who was helpful and put me in touch with the new owner. The new owner was apologetic for the delay and assured us the permits would be submitted last week. Since then, I have followed up three separate times and have not received confirmation that the permits have been submitted or any clear update on next steps. For any business, exterior signage is critical for visibility. A four-month delay after a $7,000 deposit, combined with nonexistent communication, has been extremely frustrating. I genuinely hope to update this review with a positive follow-up stating that the project was completed and commitments were honored. I would gladly revise this review if the situation is resolved promptly. At this time, however, we are still waiting for meaningful progress.

The gentleman who came seemed great, but he didn't send me a quote. One week later, I hadn't heard anything from them. After calling to ask if I could get my quote, the Owner (I believe) told me that they may "take a pass," on our projects. When I asked why, she said they "do this all of the time." She sent a follow-up email blaming it on their schedule and workload, but I had not even given them a delivery schedule. It was a super disappopinting experience. My advice - if you plan on getting a quote from them for a commercial project, get quotes from competitors as well. Be aware that this company evidently chooses to "take a pass" on projects often.

I read on-line that some decal shops do not like to remove decals as it is a long and labor intensive process. So with hesitation of asking Decal Doctor to something that was a pain, i called Higgy (owner). Higgy did not seem to be hesitant to do the job so we made an appointment for the next day. Higgy and I chatted about the proper way to perform the work as he removed the decals with a measured amount of heat and a skilled technique. I was also pleased at what seemed to be a very fair price for work. Higgy is personal and professional. I have recommended him to my friends and corporate clients.

I spent nearly 4k My external sign fell off and nearly hit a mother and daughter walking by bc it was held on with tape. That could have sliced them in half nice new business liability. Oh and the first one wasn't done right and he had to redo it and then the color was off. Then took me 2.5 months get ahold of him to complete my interior decals. The most important one was my photo wall, which he did with a gloss finish. Now I have to have it redone with another company. Never gave me an invoice which I've been trying to track him down for another month. Other company's think its a liability to put a matt costing over with wall wrap which i paid 800$ for. Don't wast your time with decal doctors, its not work the time or money. Go to fast signs or speed pro, just my advice.
