The gentleman who came seemed great, but he didn't send me a quote. One week later, I hadn't heard anything from them. After calling to ask if I could get my quote, the Owner (I believe) told me that they may "take a pass," on our projects. When I asked why, she said they "do this all of the time." She sent a follow-up email blaming it on their schedule and workload, but I had not even given them a delivery schedule. It was a super disappopinting experience. My advice - if you plan on getting a quote from them for a commercial project, get quotes from competitors as well. Be aware that this company evidently chooses to "take a pass" on projects often.

We recently placed a clothing printing order and am left feeling very dissatisfied. First off the whole ordering process took forever and Tim was extremely unprofessional to work with. Even telling my office staff "that he cringed every time he saw an email from her". I complained to the manager Ken who talked to Tim later and told me he was joking. No he wasn't, but ok. He was super opinionated about the brand of clothing we wanted and seemed irritated about the brand we ended up ordering. Then we finally received our clothing. The embroidery was fine. However the screen printing was very poor quality. I have attached pictures as well. Sloppy job. When I brought this to their attention they took a while to "review" the clothing I had issues with and then ultimately came back saying that they won't do anything about it.
