When I first called them, I was fairly new to living in Texas with Texas sized bugs... WOW!! Alena was so kind and loveing as I had a huge ant problem in the kitchen!! Of all places! My husband left on a Badlands hiking trip with his daughter and I had a puppy to train... it was chaos!! She had her husband come out to me in a matter of 2-4 days!! And my problems were gone!! We lived in a rural neighborhood with almost 7 acres and bugs were definitely not shy about not having any boundaries in or out of our home! But AJB saved us in a big way!
