I never Yelp. This is actually my first Yelp review, so thank you for making me log into this website and write a review on your incredible customer service and your employee's AWFUL hateful mouth.
On July 13 around 4pm, I locked my keys in the trunk and called four different locksmiths to have someone help me. After some back and forth with five locksmiths and 15 minute arrival vs. 45 minute arrival, I called Action Locksmith Service back during this stressful and hectic ordeal to cancel the driver and they never answered the phone. It rang multiple times and no answer.
The other locksmith arrived - as stated - in 15 minutes. He unlocked my car and just as he was writing up a receipt for me, Action Locksmith Service shows up. Out of the van comes a man about 5 ft. 8, in a cut-off sleeved tee shirt (blue with an American flag on the front). He walks up to my car as I clearly was sitting in the driver seat which meant I had already been taken care of by another locksmith and says "What's going on here?" He had a muffled voice and I really couldn't hear him. He got closer to my car and I told him that I didn't confirm anything for him to come out since I already had gotten into my car. He started yelling at me calling me a liar and then proceeded to call the woman who I initially spoke with on my first phone call. He put her on speakerphone. She was also yelling and started swearing about another customer that they were dealing with. She said she never spoke with me about cancelling, which I did not speak to her, and then hung up her line. If only she would have answered the phone.
That's when things got very interesting. I am grateful for the presence of the locksmith that actually helped me with my car. He was writing me a receipt right next to my car and watched this whole thing go down. After Mr. AmericanFlagCutoffTee demanded that I give him $25 for coming out to my car and me declining, he called me a "lying motherf***ing b*tch" and a "lying damn b*tch". He said this at least four times. I didn't even know how to respond so I sat there speechless. How is that okay?
Thank you Action Locksmith Service for the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I hope you clean out your grouchy employee's mouth with soap.
