My wife called the company to have the fob they sold us repaired or replaced. They said they needed to see who they ordered the fob from because they didn't want to give us another fob if their source is selling low quality products. When they called us back, they said they were not going to replace the fob. When my wife started to ask a question, the employee interrupted, said "thank you..." and then hung up.
