Stephen to the rescue! After some simple communication back and forth, we arranged an easy pickup for the key, and in no time, he returned my old key as requested along with a perfect replacement for the key, fob, and a shiny brass spare. The new set works great, with a fob that operates much better than my old one ever did. Thanks for the excellent service, Stephen!

After I called the banks and cancelled all my credit cards I started calling lock smiths to get the best price. They all seemed to give me the run around about the price and it just seemed very shady. My stress level was already so high and this just made things so much worse. I called Speed Locksmith and he was straight forward about the price. No games, no gimmicks to get me "in the door" just upfront honest pricing for the work that needed to be done. Once he arrived he was friendly and sympathetic about my troubles. He even accommodated me by doing my house key so I didn't have to go to the hardware store. When the job was done he handed me the new keys on a key ring with a keychain and a key pad for the locks. It sounds so minor, but since my entire set of keys had been stolen it was one less thing I had to worry about. From beginning to end the costumer service was excellent. He helped to brighten my day a little on the road to getting my life back to normal.
