Once inside, I mentioned how it made me feel to the woman at the front desk, and another woman sitting in an office about ten feet behind me, with her door open, overheard and laughed. Whatever the intent behind the vehicles, laughing at a customer who raises a concern isn't acceptable. My wife called the company to have the fob they sold us repaired or replaced. They said they needed to see who they ordered the fob from because they didn't want to give us another fob if their source is selling low quality products. When they called us back, they said they were not going to replace the fob. When my wife started to ask a question, the employee interrupted, said "thank you..." and then hung up. I had several items broken, packing was very subpar, and experienced delivery delays because the crew and truck were "impounded" by law enforcement due to their actions, and I lost money. I believe the owner wanted to do the right thing, but I received mostly untruths. Very sad, very frustrating. Use caution and do due diligence to confirm whether they have proper insurance for their work. Prior to my move, I had recommended them to dear friends who suffered monetary losses far greater than I did. I would never use them again.
