Once again, Mike has gotten me out of a jam. I ran over a rake with my trailer at the St. Cloud dump and punctured my trailer tire. I called him on the way to Action Gator Tire, where he works, and got there before the tire was totally flat. All of his employees were in the middle of projects and the only available tire tech was out to lunch, due back in 20 min. The tire patch would take another 20 min which wasn't acceptable since my two elderly employees I left at job were without water or any facilities. I had already been gone for an hour. I asked if we could plug the tire instead and he said that the shop only does patches due to liability. I asked him if I bought a plug kit, would he be able to help with inserting the instrument since my arthritis prohibited me from doing so. I did so and he helped me plug the tire. Thank you for employing people like Mike, without his help, many people would have been negatively affected. MIKE SAVED THE DAY AGAIN! read more

We were recommended by a very close friend several years ago to go to Action Gator Tire for our oil change. We got such good service that we go there for anything tire related. Recently, we had a tire pressure problem and headed to Action Gator Tire. Mike (on desk at arrival) was very polite and helpful. He took the time to explain what was required and the cost involved. We had a nail in our tire and Mike pointed out that, because of where the nail was situated in the tire, the legal requirements would not permit them to repair it. We decided to get an oil change and the tires rotated whilst we were there. That was no problem for Action Gator Tire and they accommodated our request. Whilst waiting for the work to be done, there was material to read and / or the television to watch. Also, we had a cup of coffee!!! Thank you Action Gator Tire for a first class service. Special thanks to Mike. read more

I brought my wife's Honda CRV to Action Gator so they could check the right front tire, which had been slowly losing pressure over time. They found two small nails that were not the cause of the leak but also discovered that the tire was leaking at the bead, where the tire is mated to the wheel. Although I didn't have an appointment, they took me right away and cleaned and resealed the bead to eliminate the leak and removed the two small nails which hadn't penetrated through the tire. I ended up paying $23 for the repair and now have peace of mind that my wife is riding on safe tires. Action Gator is the best place to go for tires and auto services. I've used them for a long time. Mike Grice is probably one of the best tire men around and always works to satisfy his customers. I rate them as outstanding and highly recommended! read more

This place was top notch...Mike Grise was courteous and professional. I was traveling back home when I broke down on the Fl. turnpike, I had my car towed at night to a nearby Walmart. I came back in the morning where I had it towed to action gator where I explained my situation to Mike. They put it up on the lift right away and found the problem in minutes. Although my problem wasn't worth repairing they didn't charge me for diagnosing it. I'm not from the area therefore I had to tow it into my hometown nearby dealership to trade in. Mike always answered the phone when I called asking for tow updates even though they weren't repairing my car. He gave me a very trustworthy feeling. I hope it never happens again but if I happen to break down again in this area I know exactly where to go. Thanks Mike and crew! read more

I recently got a flat on the turnpike (with 2 kids in the truck), called these guys randomly, and they immediately made my emergency their emergency. They did not have the tire I needed in stock, but said that they would "run up to the warehouse to get it" and have it waiting for me when I arrived. I was farther South on the turnpike than I thought and was not able to turn around to get the tire replaced. I was able to limp home to Vero Beach instead. I didn't make it to the store, but I would have if I could have. These guys were so nice and friendly and made a very stressful situation better, just with their attitude! Thanks again. This is the ONLY company I use for both my vehicles because they have proved themselves time and again to be very knowledgeable, trust worthy and friendly. I use them for everything from changing my oil to replacing my catalytic converter. While changing the oil they rotate our tires, check and top off fluids as well as inspect for faulty parts. A few days ago during an oil change they spotted a nail in one of our tires and made the repair within a few minutes. This gave my wife and I an added sense of security before making a trip we had planned a few days later. Where else can you find service like this? read more

Called ahead for an appointment. The Mngr cant make specific appointments but gave me a time slot to come in and he would make sure it got done. When I arrived it was packed. Mike still got my truck in fast. The problem turned out to be something that he didn't have a part for. Within 10 minutes the part came through the door and I was back on the road 15 minutes later. I cant say enough good things about how well Mike and his team make a situation that we all hate to have to deal with - a really nice experience. Thanks to Mike and his team!!! read more

I found a screw in my tire and went to them hoping to just have a plug put in it and they came out to look at it and thank god the screw never went thru the tire. The guy was nice enough to remove for me with no charge. I def will be returning to them as I have gone to other places in St Cloud with very rude customer service but action gator just earned my business!!! read more

I needed to buy two tires to match two already on my car and they were not in stock so the team at Action Gator Tire ordered them and they installed them the next morning. While doing the install they noted some issues with the front brakes and I got those fixed before they caused a MAJOR problem for me. Thanks to the team for a job well done! read more

Had a rear tire on my new Ford F-250 Super Duty that would slowly lose air. Over a period of two to three weeks I would get the error message that the pressure had dropped below 50 psi. Took the truck to them and they found a nail and quickly repaired it. I was in and out in less than hour. Very pleased with their work. read more

Pedro & Kyle were very helpful in getting my (hard to locate) air filter for our Land Rover. They found us one and had it installed in a timely manner. The entire team at Action Gator have always been courteous and professional. They even worked around our schedule (as best they could) to get work done on all our vehicles. read more

We have taken our vehicles into the shop a few times over the past couple of years for oil changes and tires. If you are looking for good service without a lot of waiting around, this is the place. The service is good, the wait is not long, and the cost is reasonable. What else could we ask for? read more

Action Gator repaired a flat that had warranty. Although it was not covered with them, they made the repair free of charge, were pleasant and professional. Everyone that had service in their store at this time, was treated the same. Wonderful guys and would recommend to everyone. Mary P. read more

This Action Gator Tire is definitely the best crew around. Very helpful and will not fix or change anything until they talk to you first. They explain everything in detail and leave the option of what you would like to do. Would definitely recommend this St Cloud Action Gator Tire!!! read more

We were headed home from our vacation in Florida and picked up a screw in our tire. The folks at Action Gator were amazing, fast and helped us save money by suggesting we patch it instead of buy a new tire. I was very impressed. Great people, great service! read more
