The Action Gator, 11231 S. Orange Blossom Trail, team was extremely friendly, positive and caring! After stopping at 3 different tire places with no success, the folks at Kingdom Tire suggested I go to Action Gator because "They'll be able to help and they carry a wide variety of sizes." Before I drove another 3/4 mile on a flat tire, I called to inquire if Action Gator Tire had my tire size in stock and if they could help get me back on the road? The gal who answered put me on hold for a second, looked up the tire number and responded,... "Yes, we do have your size. COME ON DOWN. WE'LL TAKE CARE OF YOU!" I was elated and drove my crippled car to their shop. After the Action Gator team tried to locate the "upgraded for Mercedes" tire (there is NO SPARE) and they called multiple places to find a special tire, the lead manager said "Seems you're in a pickle?".... YES! I was a woman traveling alone, still 2 hours from home, at 4pm on a Friday afternoon. I was exhausted after spending several days taking care of my elderly parents. The lead manager, then suggested and implemented an option to get me home safely. Turns out that when my tire "blew out," it was a "run-flat" tire that allowed me to drive and find this lovely, customer-focused business. I don't usually leave reviews. However, based on my experience, in an hour of need, Action Gator Tire, 11231 S. Orange Blossom Trail deserves a "5-star PLUS, PLUS" review. They went "over & beyond" to get me back on the road as expeditiously and safely as possible. I went to Action tire due to a tire blowout. Dan and Steve were fantastic! They informed me tat the tire malfunction was a result of Walmart improperly rotating my tires. I have a MB E400 that has different size tires on the front than the rear. Walmart rotated my tires and put both front tires on the passenger side and both rear tires on the driver's side. I drove about 15 hours from Syracuse to Florida and the rear passenger side tire (the tire s/h/b on the front) overheated and blew out. Action tire is great and no more Walmart! read more

These guys are great - the price was right and the service was phenomenal. We had two vehicles with nails in tires at the same time - they fixed both quickly and efficiently and then we had another issue just days later and they replaced an uncommon tire within 24 hours of bringing it in. These gentleman are great; I went in for a quote a few days ago and Raul gladly stopped what he was doing to help me out. I mentioned i was looking for a quote so he printed the tire i asked for with price including installation and balance along with his business card. I called back the next day since it was the same price everywhere else but their friendliness is what brought me back there. When i went to get the tire installed it took no more than 30 minutes they were very kind and respectful of the COVID-19 situation. Will be coming back for sure. read more

These guys are not a rip-off. What else do you want in a tire shop? I've been a few times to take care of some stuff for work vehicles. It's always been fairly simple, a nail in the tire or some such thing. It costs anywhere from $0 - $25 to plug it, and takes about 15 minutes. Works for me. read more

Thank you Jose Camacho Store Manager for helping me out. Low air warning light indicated problem with passenger side front tire,stopped in cause Action Tire has been around at the S.O.B.T. location for over 25 years and has good ratings. Wheel rim was cracked making for slow leak. My wife & I were on business trip in Orlando and we live an hour away and now it's Friday, late afternoon. Jose had our spare put on so we could get on with our trip and he kept the cracked wheel. By Saturday morning he had contacted Chrysler, had new rim delivered, tire mounted,called and had new wheel ready to go. Action Tire was only 5 min. from hotel, I was able to pull right into a bay and was all set to go within a 1/2 hour! Thanks again to Jose and your courteous and very helpful crew! read more

Great company to do business with. I sincerely like that way these guys do business and I hope that they continue to conduct business in a fair and decent manner. I've been getting my Cooper tires and having my oil changed at this location (11231 S. Orange Blossom Trail) for years. On one occasion, years ago the manager allowed me to use his truck while my tires were replaced, balanced, and oil changed. And last year, when I forgot my wallet at home, the manager had a service tech take me back to my house to get the wallet. Who does that? Great customer service! Thanks for all! read more

Took my car in had the motors replaced for the windows, new wiper blades and an over heating problem fixed. Price was good the over heating has stopped. But they broke the panel on the door with the window and lock switches on the driver door. When confronted the mechanic said it was already broke so they put glue on it that only lasted one day. Also the plate behind the door handle on the inside was now loose so to fix they just put a washer behind the screw that holds it on which looks horrible. On top of wired the switches on the passenger, now my lock is my window and my window is my lock. Top it all off the wiper blades are the wrong ones and when I use them they go past the windshield. I'm now looking for a new mechanic and don't recommend them. read more
