I arrived early, was told my wait would be less than 1 hour. I left 2 hours and 50 minutes later. The only service was an oil change and a tire rotation. I was told my car was going to be pulled around right now. I went outside, it was raining, I came in after a few minutes and looked through the window and my car was still on the lift. It was at least 10 to 15 minutes later before I actually got my car pulled around. When I paid for the service I was told the keys would be in the car. I waited at the front door for the car to come around, walked out in the rain got in the car, which was parked at least six spots away from the door and there were no other cars in the front--all the spaces were available. No keys! I walked back in and was given the keys. I was the only car in the bay for over an hour and the only customer there for an hour. No one came in when I left. There were three to four people inside the office area that stood around talking, using the phone, and eating, and at least six mechanics in the Bay area, all doing nothing. They also tried to blame it on another company saying that they were the last ones to give me an oil change but they took out my drain plug and cracked my oil pan. My fiancé walked in and Carlos who was very rude, acted like he did not want to work. We asked if it was appointment based and he continued to ignore us. Which we ended up leaving. This place is a joke. Booked an online appointment and I know that this doesn't always mean it's available. Got a call and he seemed annoyed that I asked when they had availability as the online booking system had appointments available all times the next day. Never offered to help rebook and seemed uninterested. I get everyone is busy and no one wants to work. A simple apology on the online system and offer for next available appointment would have been sufficient. Booked with another location not far away and they seemed willing to help. Took my car for an oil change, was told it would be about two hours, dropped my car off at 12pm called and spoke to Chris at 2pm he said come in 45 minutes, it's now 5pm and I'm still waiting for my car to get serviced. I took my tire in because it had a nail. After a two hour wait they told me they couldn't repair it. So I repaired it myself. Three days later the valve stem blew out. This place has to be the worst tire shop I have ever encountered, the shop is open from 7am-7pm I called them at 6pm told them I had to get my car towed to them and asked if they had my tire in stock they told me yes but the only tire they had were rally tires the most expensive ones I told them that's fine and I'm on the way I asked them if it was something we could take care of tonight they told me yes. Once I arrived at 6:50 the doors were locked someone came to the door asked if he could help me I told him about the conversation over the phone he insisted that "I must have called the wrong one" so I then told him that the only tires he has in stock for my car is the rally tires he then confirmed I was correct. They then told me they couldn't get to my car until the next morning which is understandable. I called the next morning at 9am they told me they were working on it so I showed up at 10am when I arrived I noticed 5 employees standing in a circle having a conversation or break I would say.. the garage is full of cars and no one is working I asked them what was the estimated time on my car to be finished again a tire change.. he then told me it would be another two hours and they are short staffed and pointed at a sign that also said they were short staffed at the moment. I asked him what Could possibly take a shop 5 hours to change 1 tire. His only reason was being short staffed mind you all 5 employees were huddled around taking a break.. I asked him to please remove my car out of the shop that I was going to take it somewhere else and his response was ok "stay safe out there" the work ethic in this shop is terrible the customer service might be just as bad I wouldn't recommend this shop to any one. read more

I have been driving and having cars serviced for more than 40 years, and Kissimmee Firestone is without a doubt the worst auto center that I have ever dealt with. "Carlos", the manager, is not only rude, unprofessional, and cocky, but a liar as well. I took my wife's car in for what eventually turned out to be no more than "adding lubricant to a brake pad", but it cost me more than $1,300.00 between unnecessary repairs, UBERing to a car rental place, 1 week car rental, and then coming back the following week from West Palm Beach (175 miles away) to discover that the car was worse off than when we left it there. Chris, the on-site manager that Sunday when we went back to pick the car up, was the only reason that I gave it a "1" star, outside the fact that I couldn't rate them worse. He seemed genuinely concerned about the issue and corrected the issue (the reason it was brought in the first place) within an hour. $1,300.00+ later and the inconvenience of driving from (Kissimmee) to West Palm Beach and then back to Kissimmee the following Sunday for ultimately unnecessary repairs and then the car was worse off than when we left it there is not only ridiculous, but even made worse by the rude attitude of Carlos. Shame on Kissimmee Firestone. Shame on Firestone National. I will NOT let this go. My advice...stay clear of this auto center. read more

I have a few years of history with this location. While I'm not necessarily fond of the recent increase in price on oil changes, these guys are very reliable, and don't try to sell me what I don't need. More recently, I decided to try another shop, in light of the price difference; regrettably, I was more disappointed in the other shop as opposed to this one. Frankly, part of me wishes I spent the extra $10 to go to this place after the last shop that worked on my car. The wait's admittedly a little more than I'd like, but at least I know what I'm getting. Not to mention, Firestone didn't literally do anything to damage my car like the last place! I also had a tire change done here. One day, my car decided to run a red, despite my brakes trying to suggest otherwise. I admit the tread on my tires were really poor... It was a scary experience, and I was fortunate that there were no other cars in front of me. In light of that situation, I felt it would be safer to bring my car to them immediately. To my benefit, the price I paid on the tires were more than reasonable too, considering they were having a sale on them that day. While I haven't had a need to refer to it yet, they also provided a warranty service for the tires I bought. Overall, I'd say this place is the most reliable shop I've ever been to when it comes to car service. I hope they reconsider their price on oil changes though... The issue that irritates me the most concerning any business is terrible customer service! ...I arrived for my 12pm appointment on Tuesday May 12, and immediately upon entering the lobby, the older female front desk agent told me not to come any closer to the front counter because I wasn't wearing a mask? I read the information provided that was posted on the front door before I entered to see if this location allowed customers in their lobby? The information provided did not say masks were required? She then asked me questions from 20 ft away as I was only one step inside the door. She asked me my name and if I had an appointment? She then printed out some paperwork and set them along with a pen on a separate counter. I was not given any information about what was on the paperwork? She merely asked that I initial them and she would be with me shortly. Upon review of what she printed out, I noticed that the services listed did not cover the problems that were wrong with my vehicle (2016 Chevrolet Sonic RS Turbo)? I ask her why she thought I was there? She told me that I was there for an oil change and service inspection? I told her that I was there for a tire inspection and possible tire fix or replacement? She took the paperwork and said she would fix it. She then took my keys and wheel key... My issue is that she never asked why I was there or if I needed anything else? She was not concerned about trying to sell me any number of services that Firestone provides? I need 3 other issues solved with my vehicle that if I was asked, I may have brought to her attention. I guess I will take my business elsewhere? ...I do not understand why a business would have front desk agents working who do not care about making money for their business? ...I will say, that since I did not feel welcome in the lobby I waited outside, and watched the mechanic work on my vehicle from across the parking lot under a tree. I did not catch his name, but the mechanic noticed me standing there and asked if the car he was working on was mine? I said it was, and we had a very pleasant conversation about why I was there and what my issues were? He let me know about everything he would be doing and he asked if there was anything else I needed? He seemed extremely efficient and only took about 30 minutes to work on what was a tire puncture. After he was finished, I walked back into the lobby and was not greeted or even acknowledged. After 5 minutes the gentleman front desk agent (Paul) let me know I was "all set", he asked if I needed anything else, and he went through the process of updating my information (as I was a new customer to this particular Firestone). I let him know that I was having an issue with the Firestone app, so he made a phone call and took care of my Firestone Credit Card issue! Paul gave me the GM's business card and wrote down the store number. I will say that during my interaction with Paul, the female front desk agent (who had checked me in) tried to interupt our conversation three times! As not to have an argument, Paul was professional enough to not pay her any attention, but to merely interact with me (the customer)! Paul was outstanding! The actual facilities seemed very clean...That woman probably has issues with having to work while there is a minor health crisis going on in this country? In my opinion, if you do not want to work, STAY HOME!?! I work with people everyday, and I feel there is no excuse to be rude to costumers?! ...I probably will be back to this location as Firestone is my desired company to take my vehicle and it is the nearest location to where I live. However, if that woman is working, I will probably ask for a different agent or manager to check me in?! read more

I've been going to this Firestone for about a year now. They're the most knowledgeable place I've been to, and I've never had a problem come back up after taking it to them. They haven't upsold me on anything- I went in once expecting to need a new tire, and they were able to repair it for way less. You should expect to make an appointment, and I just leave it there for the day- they're always busy, which in my opinion is a good sign. Plan your day appropriately and it isn't an issue. read more

Wow, this is by far the best location for auto care and tire services I've ever encountered. The staff is certainly professional, courteous, and knowledgable. Surely no one is happy to spend hundreds of dollars on tires, but the staff makes you feel much more content by helping you find the right deals and saving you some money. What more can you ask for? The waiting area is not so bad either with comfortable chairs and free Wifi. The free Wifi is the most important part! When I first walked in I was welcomed with a warm smile by Alex. This guy goes above and beyond for his customers made it feel like I've known this guy for years but I have just met him. I went in for a standard oil change and to check out my engine since my check engine light was on. Turns out i had a bunch of stuff wrong with my spark plugs and something to do with my exhaust. (I'm a firefighter not a dame mechanic lol) Felix my tech took care of my care in a timely manner and even showed me the gunk build up and the smoke that came out of my car. I needed my tires changed immediately they were terribly worn and I was given a comp based on a previous written offer on a Wednesday and the offer changed the day I went in there on my only day off also being a holiday( with an appointment ).I was advised by a very nice customer service representative that this happens all the time and no one notes anything on the profile that they would look and see what they can do. Another representative Monica called back to advise that they cannot honor my previous written offer or any comps from my local dealership and they can't determine who I spoke to, I asked for a manager call back .Monica advised she spoke to Gill Ramos the manager at the location and he would not honor the written offer from a previous firestone location or from my local dealership which truly seems odd to me why they would not honor another competitor pricing or their own company pricing at a different location . I will be following up with corporate as this is not acceptable customer treatment and something should be done to ensure your representatives are held accountable for the information they are giving customers especially when a prior appointment is made. Not only was the manager unwilling to come down on their price or negotiate any offers or provide an offer even when we upgraded to full tirbut our time wasted they were very disinterested in the fact that they are loosing a loyal firestone customer, their friends and family . read more
