The estimator at Cookie's Body Shop did a great job and worked with the insurance company that was paying for the repairs, I didn't have to do anything. They also got my car in faster than everyone else around Indianapolis that I had called. The repairs were done in the time that they originally estimated it would take, I was so happy to get my car back on time. The employees that answer the phone are very kind and responsive and communicate very well. When I picked my car up when it was done, it looked perfect, I couldn't tell it had ever damaged. They even washed the vehicle and I was very thankful for such a great job that they did, it looked like new again and even smelled nice on the inside. Plus the radio station they left it on is awesome, I've been rocking it ever since! Mario was friendly and honest about his work. He didn't bat an eye when we told him we'd be paying ourselves. My car was done when promised and came in under the quote price. There's no scratches, random marks, or circular patches on it. It looks like it came right off the assembly line. He also picked up my car at my house and dropped it off when the work was complete.
