I said I can't believe you can't change the name. She said call 800 #, then says hold plz I c what I can do. Still holding. So I cancelled with Avis and booked with Enterprise!! So when she comes back on the line I can tell her, I cancelled and they lost that booking!!!!!

Once she got on Interstate 70, her car started vibrating at high speeds, so she exited at Greenfield and called me. I jumped on Yelp to find a local repair shop and saw great reviews for AMS. I called and explained the situation, and the gentleman on the phone said to send her over. Five minutes later he was pulling her car into his shop, and five minutes after that the problem was identified and solved -- ice and snow compacted between the tire and the frame. He confirmed it with a quick test drive, and wrote up the bill --$30. She was back on the road less than 30 minutes after exiting the interstate. So grateful for the quick, honest, affordable service. Other shops might have taken advantage of this situation -- but not AMS. I'm super impressed with this business and, as a dad, glad to know there are places like this looking out for our kids. Well done, AMS. A++++++
