They called two hours before pickup to inform me that they were oversold and would not have a car. Cancelled and told me to have a nice day. I called customer service and the off shore agent was extremely rude and had me on hold for 20 minutes before she disconnected the call. Time wasted. I called back and customer service made a new reservation for me in Brownsburg, but it was also cancelled. Not only did customer service make the wrong reservation, but they charged me for the rental. So, now I have to wait days for my money to be refunded. They encouraged me to drive to the airport to see IF I could get a car, but would not guarantee the original rate I booked would honored. Complete chaos. Three hours later abs I still have no car and was supposed to leave 1.5 hours ago. Stop overselling cars!!! If you don't have the inventory, don't make the reservation.

I rented a car to take a family member to a clinical trial appointment in Chicago, and we wanted a minivan so we'd have plenty of space for him to stretch out. It was a busy time of year, and all of their minivans were sold out. When I arrived, they let me know they didn't have a van for me, but that they were upgrading me to a premium SUV at no additional charge. I explained why I was renting the car, and they wished us luck. Upon returning the car the next day, they made a point of asking how he was and making sure the SUV worked for our needs. With all the people they see on a daily basis, I was really surprised anyone remembered. There are other Enterprise locations closer to me than this one, but I'll make a point of driving to this one if I should ever need a rental car again.

I talked to the company owner who insisted the Impala was a 2020 and nice car, but I use airport service often and this was not an acceptable vehicle for this type of service- it did not have the feel of a high end, luxury vehicle inside, both in the quality of the interior nor the ride. I would recommend using another airport car service company if you are looking for the "luxury" experience this company claimed to deliver. The owner did apologize but did not offer anything further to compensate for the experience.

My car sits in my garage during the winter so I needed some basic maintenance. When I dropped my car off, I let the guy at the desk know I wanted my oil changed, I wanted to find out and possibly repair what was causing the brake noise, top off fluids, and check both my engine and cabin air filters. I told him to give me a price for the cabin filter when he calls with the diagnosis of the brake noise, sense I've never changed that filter but I know they can be a little pricey. I dropped off in the morning and told the gentleman that I would be picking it up the next day, since I wouldn't get off work till late. The guy said no problem, it will be done tonight and waiting on you tomorrow. So as the day passes I receive no calls. I decide to call before they close to find out what happening. The guys says, yea it's done you can come get it. Wait what? What about asking me if I wanted to go forward with the brake repair. The guy says they changed the cabin filter, which I only asked for a price on it, and the oil. He said the brakes were fine and the engine air filter was clean. I say then what's the noise i hear? He said they didn't hear it and I would need to drive the car to recreate. The "noise" is easy to hear and consistent. So they obviously didn't test drive. The just did a brake inspection, which isn't exactly what I asked for. So I pick it up and the bill is 136.00. The cabin filter was 75 parts and labor, which I wouldn't have got if they had told me that, and a charge for brake inspection. The oil change was the standard amount I pay, but a little on the high end. I drive the mechanic around for 1 min and he says oh that's a warped rotor. 1: are you sure? All you did was guess from sound. 2: then why didn't you test drive it and call me with that diagnosis? Long story short, they didn't do what I asked, didn't communicate, and charged me for a service I only asked for a price on. Won't be going back.

They discovered some bad bushings on several control arms that prevented alignment from being performed completely, which is reasonable as it is an old car. However, instead of immediately calling to see if I wanted to authorize additional costs for parts and labor beyond the normal alignment, they went ahead and replaced a control arm at an additional cost of about $185. Later, they did finally call to see if I wanted to spend yet another $500 for more parts needed to fully align, which I declined, and they notified me of the $180 of extra work already performed. I would have declined the work they performed without my authorization because I normally can make such repairs myself. I have never before experienced a situation where added work was performed without prior notification and approval. And they did not offer any resolution when I objected to this having been done, leaving me no choice but to pay it.
