This location system went down of course after a payment was made and I had to pay twice . I was told it would be refunded however it has not , but the 2nd reservation amount was within hours . Of course you try and call customer service and they have no idea what I am talking about they refer me to the local branch. And now the local branch is acting like they don't know , and I'm out almost $400. This is not right and would appreciate if SOMEONE can reach back out to me about THEIR error. Something simple as 2 phone calls and no one can seem to do it !

I was surprised when less than 5 minutes later the car was delivered by a friendly guy from Sixt Rent A Car. The paperwork included a sign here and the keys. Drop-off was just as easy; I just told them where I parked the car. I didn't pay anything for the use of the car that day, but I did check the rates since the experience was so pleasant. For the Indy area, the rates were comparable, if not a little lower, than the competition. I used the rental location on the North Side of Indianapolis, which seems to be their thing with other locations at the airport and Fishers as well. The bottom line here is that I will use Sixt again. .

I arrived at my scheduled time and there was just one person ahead of me and they were wrapping up so I didn't wait long. I have rented from other locations and there have been long lines so I was impressed that my wait was less than 5 minutes. The person checking me in was nice. He moved along quickly and let me know they only had two cars they could rent, a Toyota, or a very tiny car which shall remain nameless! I told him either were fine because I was in a bit of a hurry, he said you know what, let me get the Toyota ready for you I think you would be better suited in that car. I said sure okay. He went to get the keys and came back to let me know that it didn't have enough gas in it to rent it and that someone was going to run to the gas station to fuel it if I didn't mind waiting. I let him know I would go ahead with the tiny car. He talked it up letting me know it was pretty new and that maybe I would love it. I liked that he know it was a downgrade but tried to make the best of it, not just assuming that car would be fine, so I appreciated his humor. We checked out the car quickly, signed a few documents and I was on my way. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because I have rented from other Enterprise before which I will not name the location and I was not charged a $300 deposit. This located charged a $300 deposit which I find a bit unusual. Since I was paying with a credit card not a debit card, seems like I shouldn't also be charged such a large deposit for a day rental. Just my feedback, when I mentioned it the guy helping me said all locations should be doing that and maybe they didn't because I rented several times at that location. Maybe. Not sure, but since it is with my work company seems that shouldn't be a thing, that's why not the 5 stars. Otherwise my experience was fine. I see the lower ratings from other people and it seems like it was around the insurance coverage. My credit card company provides really good coverage in addition to my own coverage plus my company coverage so that wasn't an issue for me.
