They repaired it that day and delivered it the same afternoon way across the valley because they had a delivery in my area. They only charged me $35 and the cushion looks great. I brought my car in to have the stitching on the driver's seat repaired. Even after I made the job harder by trying to repair it myself with upholstery glue Octavio was still able to do a great job repairing it. He even gave me tips on how to prevent further issues. It was worth the wait for both my custom sectional and baby's recliner. Both are made to last even with a toddler. Thinking of having them do my dining table chairs at some point. Great family owned business. Very friendly. They try their best even if they don't meet their deadlines. The white chairs are from a person that left a bad review on here and the work was beautifully made but needed time because of the craftsmanship it needed especially since the fabric was original vintage material and special orders had to be made. The other chair of the white couch was a couch made for a very content costumer. This business has been around for about 25 years and i think if this was really a bad place then it would have been closed down by now. The work they did was just okay, once they did it. did not honor the written quote, held us hostage for our chairs, drove us all mad trying to communicate with them. promised dates blew by without even a courtesy call, did not return phone calls, generally downright RUDE. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They have NO integrity. They broke the trimming on my chair, promised to repair and has yet to show up to fix it. Ive called them a dozen times. Now im ready to find someone else to repair the trim on my chair that act 2 broke. I want my money back, my next step is small claims court. There is a slight wrinkle on one of the chairs but that could be because I provided the fabric, so maybe what I provided was not the best upholstery fabric. She is an interior designer who made unreasonable demands upon the upholsterer which were going to escalate his costs significantly. Her demands for delivery became a nightmare. Octavio and Martha go above and beyond. I had a very old chair reupholstered. I was able to get an estimate and set up an appointment over the phone with a just a phone call and a couple of texts with photos of the chair,(I had my own fabric which was no problem). My call and messages were returned right away and they went out of their way to be available when I was able get there. Very convenient! Octavio is very knowable and an outstanding craftsman. He had to do some extensive structural repairs to the delicate curved wood frame and only charged a very small amount to do the additional work. The chair was done on time and the end result far exceeded my expectations! I had a question after I brought the chair home and they went out of their way to make sure that I was completely satisfied. Excellent craftsmanship, quality, and customer service.
