Read the review to Magic Touch and scheduled an appointment. Showed up to his location and decided to walk several blocks down the street with my two young boys while he worked on it. It was a hot day but I came ready. Aris was very thoughtful and provided us water bottles. After I came back, I could not tell where the tear was. It was that good. At one point, I mentioned to them that if my brother or son was standing by me, they wouldn't have done what they did. And that's when the husband finally said he would come and do whatever I needed to get done, but he nvr showed up to do that. We had been back and forth texting the ins and out about what was incomplete. Basically, I came by or called as a teacher single.lady by myself, and I felt they took advantage of me. I, at one point, once I got to the business, did not feel good about the husband, but since I was there to get the job done , didn't know how to turn around and say , " no, " so let them proceed with it. The pictures below will speak for itself. I did not cheat, steal, or lie about anything concerning this matter. I jus want ppl to know, if you think these ppl are all good and honest, think again. They may do their job well and all ,but apparently, what happened to me shows there are not genuinely " good" people. My next step is to report them to the BBB. THEY charged me $259.00 There was extra for the hot water extraction use for a bad seat..it did the job! But what happened to the rest of the work? All I wanted was for them to fix it. There was another pic of the carpet in the front passenger side on the floor that was obvious it was never touched. I can't find that one.
