It was so cute, got to try 8 wines and then take a bottle home for $40 which was awesome! They had little fingers foods and it was fun to mingle with others from the community! I went with my boyfriend's mom for a girls night and we had a blast! It was very well put together, decorated cute for Christmas! I haven't stayed in the hotel part but if it's anything like the lower level highly recommend! Also recommend eating at the restaurant as it was packed and food looked delicious! Can't wait to Go back for more events!

While I have not seen at the four seasons, I feel like this is probably on par. Everything feels luxurious here. I was told ahead of time that the showers were on point. Literally, this is a hotel you would come just for the showers. They are great. I don't know how to explain it but they have some really nice showers. Everything in the room feels super clean and nice. I did not feel the need to pull out my Lysol wipes one time. Everything feels clean. Bottled water was in the refrigerator upon entry. The top sheet/blanket on the bed actually looks clean and like something you could use if you wanted to. They have tufted ottoman and clean fabric furniture if you did want to sit on it. The light fixtures are really pretty a tray sailing. It seriously is a beautiful room. And apparently all the profits goes to Student scholarships. And then, if you have time, we can go out back on the patio. It reminds me of a resort. You can borrow a bike, sit in any of the rocking chairs. They have so many rocking chairs for you to enjoy the patio with. Multiple gas, fire, pits, heating lamps all around, And plenty of open spaces. Even when you get out of your car to check in, there's a light music playing to set the tone. The music is playing outside of the hotel and inside. It just sets the tone. I did not use the restaurant but the restaurant looks amazing. Free cookies, and water with cucumbers were downstairs complementary. Every time you and Dan leave, you're walking on some beautiful brick paths surrounded by lush green grass. It's just stunning around here. And then of course you have a beautiful campus surrounding it. If I had a reason to, I would spend a few more nights here. It's an awesome place. One of the better hotels I have stayed at.

I've never heard of the Drury Inn & Suites until I had to stay in a small town in Burlington…read more I picked this hotel for the obvious reasons the ratings and the other yelpers reviews had nothing, but great this to say about this place that I had to stay and check it out for myself. The lobby is very clean the staff is professional and friendly. They only sell alcohol until midnight boo!, but it is what it is. They have a small little area where you can purchase food and snacks which is great. I love that they serve complimentary breakfast and dinner... yes! You heard me correctly complimentary dinner as well. Breakfast is the best in my opinion because the selection is so much better. My favorite is the biscuits with or without gravy and I call them ashy biscuits because they are not quite golden just perfect soft, tender and delicious. I'm not sure if they are made in house, but they definitely do taste homemade and absolutely delicious. I wish I had some apple butter with me. They have sausage, eggs and not the powdered mess you can taste the difference, cereals, potatoes O'Brien, Oatmeal, fresh fruit and so much more. You will not leave hungry I promise lol. It's in a great location right off the freeway and there is also nearby shipping etc... FYI.., the parking can be really scarce. Not enough parking at times so try to get in early if you can.

Then we went to what they call kick back and it was so what we needed after driving for 4 hours. The food was great, my grandson is seven, he is a picky eater but he ate hot dog, popcorn soda & nachos. I enjoyed the dinner and the 2 free alcoholic drinks! Everyone who worked there were very courteous. When I checked Out, I expressed my pleasure and definitely wanted to share my personal experience. I will definitely be back in the future! Thank you again. I can't say enough nice things about Me. Jasper he was my personal favorite. Thank you for a great stay!!!!!

A huge thank you to Sasha and the rest of the front desk team; check-in was seamless, and everyone we encountered was friendly without being intrusive. The lobby is bright and welcoming. Our room was very clean and featured updated furniture, a large LED TV with plenty of content, a reasonable workspace with easy-to-connect WiFi, and individual HVAC controls that made it easy to manage the temperature during the night. The room was also equipped with a small refrigerator as well as a coffee maker with four pods and teabags. The bathroom had plenty of space on the vanity for my personal hygiene items and this hotel has made the transition from providing individual bars of soap and bottles of shampoo/conditioner to refillable wall-mounted dispensers. The Hampton Inn Burlington also offers terrific guest amenities such as a complimentary all-you-can eat breakfast buffet and a small, but well-equipped fitness center. While we didn't have time to hit the complimentary breakfast this trip, it looked great -- with scrambled eggs, sausages, a make-your-own waffle station, yogurt, cold cereals and hot oatmeal, fresh fruit, and coffee -- and the staff does a great job to keep everything topped off and tables clean during the breakfast rush. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Burlington! PRO TIP: No Rules, Just (Turn) Right! The entrance is shared with the Outback Steakhouse on Longpine Road. Keep an eye out for the small sign right past the restaurant to find the hotel's parking lot.

Our room was comfy, we had a great night's sleep, and the breakfast in the morning was decent for a free breakfast. So we were happy we made the choice to stay here and if we are back in town for something, we'll likely stay here again.

The room was clean and had the amenities I expected, and there was a breakfast buffet thing in the morning that I was able to grab some fruit from. The front desk staff was not all that informative when it came to surrounding restaurants for dinner. They knew about the chain restaurants next door, but frankly I knew that my final destination was going to be meals of plain-jane Americana and I needed some variety before being subjected to that. Sadly I had to resort to other methods of finding a place to eat rather than recommendations from the staff.

Our plans changed a week prior to our stay, and we cancelled our 1 room-night -- well within the required cancellation timeframe of our contract. The hotel charged us anyway (and didn't even charge us the right amount). After 6 weeks and multiple emails and phone calls later we were still trying to get a refund. At one point they forwarded a refund receipt, however it never appeared on our credit card (guess it was fake). In trying to get this resolved for weeks the manager "Gary" seemed to avoid our calls and didn't respond to emails. One day front-desk staff said he was in the bathroom, 15 minutes later he "was going into a meeting and would be available in one hour" and an hour later he had "left for the day". The front-desk staff (who ere very sympathetic) eventually told us a lot was going on and suggested we escalate to Holiday Inn corporate. Corporate reviewed our contract, confirmed we had cancelled within the appropriate time window, and worked with Burlington to issue a refund. That still took another week, but eventually it worked (8 weeks after the improper charge). Not sure what's going on at Holiday Inn Express Burlington, but buyer beware! Hope the ownership finds some more responsive local management.
