Since the building is both commercial and residiential, one of the biggest concerns was minimizing disruption to tenants, and of course keeping everything on budget and organized. From the start, Royal Renovators seemed to understand these concerns and put together a plan that worked around the building's daily operations. The existing roof was removed, damaged areas were addressed/fized, and a new roofing system was installed along with snazzy updated flashing and drainage improvements. Communication throughout the project was - chefs kiss - and we always knew what stage things were in. As expected, there were additional conditions unconvered that needed to be addressed. But, these guys were transparent about it, laid out the options like they did before, and it didnt turn into pressure or surprises. What stood out was how transparent they were when additional conditions were uncovered. Every decision was discussed beforehand and documented with photos. There were cracks throughout. Arbi and his father inspected the whole space and were able to diagnose the problem. Arbi and his team worked efficiently and did a beautiful job. Cleanest stucco work and roofing I've ever seen. We've had a few heavy rains since and it's holding up beautifully. Arbi was very easy to communicate with and was responsive throughout the whole process. I'll definitely reach out to them for my roofing/waterproofing/stucco needs in the future. (Roof repair/roof leak/fixing valley) I am sorry that I…read moreposted this review late. I promised Bill to post this on 12/8/2021(FYI, I am not getting any discount/money for posting a review). Bill and his crews did a great job of fixing the roof leak! It hasn't been leaking so far after the fix on 12/6/2021. Although they are not the cheapest among the vendors offering to fix the roof, they were very responsive, offered a great quality of work and a 10 years warranty! While all the other contractors I talked to needed at least 2 - 4 weeks before actually fixing it, Bill did the inspection himself and was able to schedule the work in about 3-4 days! His crews, Mario and another man who can't speak much English took just 1 day to install the new valley membrane and finish all the patching. And they cleaned up all the garbage promptly. There were only 2 things I was a little bit concerned about, which Bill promptly and patiently answered. (1) It's a bit cloudy/rainy on 12/6, so I was worried that might affect their work and was wondering if Bill wanted to reschedule. But Bill, based on his experience, assured me that they would be able to finish the work before the rain, and it shouldn't have any impact. (2) It's stated on the contract that the valley roofing material will be "new Firestone roofing with black mineral surface", but eventually what's installed is "Firestone SBS White". Bill explained that the white one would be a better fit because a silver coating is needed for the black one, and with Firestone SBS White, the silver coating is not needed. I am really glad and appreciate that Bill took the time to patiently and promptly address my concerns, and explained everything thoroughly to me! And he is very flexible with the payment methods as well! Overall, Bill and his teams did an awesome job! Thank you very much for the hard work! And I will post an update in 3 months - 1 year if anyone is interested!

They came out the same day, went up on the roof, and quickly identified a small hole that two other companies completely missed. Both of those companies quoted me around $2,500, saying I would need to remove fascia and gutters--without even inspecting the roof properly. Bill White Roofing was honest, straightforward, and saved me from unnecessary work and costs. It's so refreshing to deal with people who truly care about doing the right thing. I will absolutely be referring them to all of my neighbors and will continue to call them for any roofing needs in the future.
