The initial sales, pricing, scheduling, and first part of work were all fine. They came on-time and finished the job on-time pending final city inspection. They asked for payment and I provided and then things unfortunately became very unpredictable. I had to keep calling the office to find out when the inspection was going to be. Then the inspector came but the Handy team did not show up. Also after they finished work I discovered I was missing a set of extension cord! Nothing else was amiss so I think they probably just used it and took it by mistake? The whole billing process was also weird where they never provided me the signed copy of the contract. Now I have 2 large holes and debris piles in my front yard with caution tapes for 2 weeks and counting. I should not have trusted these guys as much I guess, so be forewarned before you go through with these guys. 2 stars so far because I believe the crew's initial job is decent, but the sales and office coordination give me an uneasy feeling. It's too bad because I really wanted to like these guys and thought they did a good job initially. I will have to update this review whenever the inspection occurs.

Price was fair given the expertise and professionalism offered, especially supporting local businesses and our neighbors. If dealing with an HOA it is important to get documentation and records, which they will provide a third party unbiased opinion on the condition of your plumbing, especially where your responsibility ends and where the HOA's responsibility begins. The staff was very patient in explaining the work that needed to be done, and all the paperwork was done digitally and clearly documented. They also performed an extra sweep in the crawl space and found another small leak on a different pipe. They immediately scheduled another visit for a deeper inspection. Shout out to Ross who patiently explained every step and did a thorough inspection. We were pleasantly surprised when he fixed the second leak for free because it was a simple cap that was loose! My husband loves getting to know the details, and Ross explained everything including why the pipe broke, tips on water restoration, etc Overall a great experience!
