One of my copper pipes in the garage began to leak. I immediately contacted Omar and Ruth. They responded within minutes. They asked for a picture of the leak which I sent to them promptly. They gave me a good estimate and the following day Omar came on time and fixed the leak. He also snaked our shower drain. I was in an emergency situation today with a flooded bathroom. Out of the three plumbers I contacted today, Omar was the only one that was responsive on such short notice. I first spoke with Ruth and explained to her my situation. She then spoke with Omar and then Omar called me right away. He was patient, and walked me through the steps I needed to fix the issue. I cannot thank Ruth and Omar enough for their help today. Everything was fixed in a matter of a half hour. If you ever need help with anything plumbing related, call Omar. Omar and Ruth are an amazing team! Omar was fast, friendly and professional. He arrived on time and was in constant communication with me on all project details.

Be careful. This company show up, do some surface easy work, problem not resolved at all, then charge 200. The guy don't even know how to use the sneak tool. If you do not agree, he will stand by the door and call the police. The police say you have to pay him 150 for his nock on the door. read more

These guys were a lifesaver when we had problems with the bathroom. Fast response and we didn't break the bank!

Omar responded to my inquiry very quickly by text, and was on site at my home in less than an hour. He immediately pointed out problems which my previous plumber had overlooked and showed me how some of my pipes could be punctured with his finger! It took him an afternoon to replace unsafe parts, and he replaced the pipes under the sink and corrected the angles which made it difficult to work on the plumbing. The kitchen sink now works better than it ever has. He also installed faucets in both bathrooms. All the work looks good and functions properly. I will call on him again if I have more plumbing problems (my water heater may need hep). I highly recommend Omar and his assistant Ruth for the quality of their work and very reasonable rates. read more

I have been able to fix clogged toilets for many years with plungers and toilet augers, but a recent clog defied all my attempts to loosen it. I searched for plumbers on Yelp and found Omar. He gave me a very reasonable quote and came the same day. He had to remove the toilet and snake out the line for about 15-20 feet. At that point, the standing water in the drain pipe broke through the clog and drained normally. Omar was careful and neat in all his work, he kept the bathroom very clean. His tools were in plastic bags so nothing would drip on the floor, in addition, he came prepared with shoe covering to protect the floor. Omar was also friendly and polite, I will definitely call him again for any future work. It was a pleasure to work with him. read more

If you are looking for a competent, and excellent Handyman anywhere in the Bay Area look no further than Omar Ramirez of PegaServ. As Omar states: "Let me be your second pair of hands. I can come with tools or different vehicles. Can quote based on hourly rates or project rates." We appreciated the fact that he charged an hourly labor rate for our particular project, so you know exact pricing upfront. Omar is a hard worker and a great resource. We had him install 2 new bathroom vanities, including faucets and plumbing. He is a true professional and knows the job inside out. He also installed a medicine cabinet, and a couple of overhead cabinets in both my bathrooms. His pricing is fair, and his workmanship is stellar. Two thumbs way up. Highly recommended. read more
