Was it worth but we paid for it, yes!. Homeowners have to understand that we pay for deferred maintenance and it's always a "surprise.". Employees who did not speak English were easy to communicate with via translation apps. - CONS: Sewer technicians managed to splatter cement water all over the plants that frame the driveway, and the slate stone walkway. - Follow up in order to get the 15 year warranty was deplorable! We need a fully-executed estimate or double-signed invoice, in order to transfer the warranty to the new homeowner. . I have emailed the company multiple times.... No response.

Omar M. arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He got the deep clog taken care of and gave me advice for preventing future clogs. Omar was fast, efficient, and left the sink area clean. He treats your home as if it were his own. I would highly recommend requesting Omar. Price was fair given the expertise and professionalism offered, especially supporting local businesses and our neighbors. If dealing with an HOA it is important to get documentation and records, which they will provide a third party unbiased opinion on the condition of your plumbing, especially where your responsibility ends and where the HOA's responsibility begins.
