I got a full set of 18% tint from Irving and a clear bra and full set of decals applied by Beau. All of the work has been flawless and held up perfectly! These guys really pay attention to the details and will redo anything they think isn't flawless. Irving and Beau worked on my tint and decals all day and didn't try to charge me a dime more even though it took them several hours longer because they were doing the job right. They're also really cool guys to hang around with and talk about cars! You will not find a better deal anywhere else either, they have their competition beat easily. I mean empty; no merch, no promo banners, nothing. Way off to the left I see a guy, head down, at a desk and a few other guys in an office behind him just shooting the breeze. No greeting, nothing. I walk about twenty feet over to the sales rep who lifts his head and acknowledges my presence. After my explanation of my needs and a struggled attempt at casual conversation. To be fair, I was okay with it so I replied and asked if they offer a veterans discount and that I would return to authorize the work once I heard back about my question. It's now Friday night and haven't heard back. To me, three days of silence regarding a $6100.00 quote is unacceptable. TOTAL AUTO PROS, it was explained to me, doesn't perform routine maintenance like transfer case and transmission fluid changes. "We are not set up for that. We install aftermarket products " Hmm, I guess they don't know the meaning of TOTAL. I took my vehicle to another "XXXXXXXX AUTO PROS" and gladly dropped my cash for exquisite, detailed and courteous service (differential, transfer case, transmission, power steering, brake and radiator flush and new brake pads). I'll just find another place for the suspension lift and other "aftermarket" products.

The experience has been great! When we first dropped off my car Chris took the time to go over the damage with me. He explained the how the process works and what to expect from insurance - what I appreciated most was his frank honesty about the damage to the car and he could and could not do. You know instantly that Chris is an expert in his field and has been doing this for a very long time. It is very easy to trust his opinion. Chris also gave us a tour of the facility. My little GTI doesn't even come close to the caliber of car he typically works with. I recommend G5 to anyone looking for a honest and reasonable body shop with state of the art paint facility.

When researching rims and tires for my Tesla - I came across a few posts by Myron for rims that really stuck out as they resembled the OEM wheel but in many other colors and finishes not available from the manufacturer. Myron went above and beyond to explain to me all the difference options available, for the rims and tires. Upon arrival, Myron set up the two option I was stuck between next to the vehicle for a quality comparison and helped me to make an informed decision. Work was completed in just a few hours and they even helped me to diagnose another issue with my vehicle that I was unaware of. I've purchased many, MANY sets of rims and tires throughout my life and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. I am moving to Indiana and am tempted to make a 2,000 mile trip back to AZ for my next set when needed.
